Excellent Hotel in a good location, very helpful staff and awesome food.

Excellent guest service, good breakfast.

The wi-fi inside the rooms is a bit choppy and also, they have some restriction on the number of devices so for the three of us in our family, it became an issue on a few occassions. Otherwise, everything is just fine.

Old style hotel and switches /plugs are old and not working properly

The hotel was well maintained for a 13 year old property. Its location is ideal and the staff is generally good and courteous. Their Nusara restaurant was good for dinner and the service received was worth commending. It’s only during check out and waiting for my car, I was surprised that the reception staff decided to interrupt my business call for retrieving a cheap room key card.

As per my experience this hotel is equivalent to a 2-star establishment.

I had to wait 20 minutes to check in because they couldn’t find my name in their system. Once they finally gave me a room, the door’s entry mechanism stopped working, meaning I had to call someone to let me in every time I left the room. Although the tech team assured me it would be fixed in a few minutes, I ended up dealing with this issue five times throughout the day before they finally agreed to change my room. This hotel markets itself as a 4-star property, but the experience feels more like a 2-star.

The property is centrally located and was convenient to visit the friends and family in the city. The breakfast/Restaurant area ambience was not good. The dark wood panel made it look very depressing

The hotel is set in a convenient location for the metro. It is clean and the staff are excellent. The bathrooms are a little worn, but clean. Overall a wonderful stay.
