The FOOD was all amazing, and the service was impeccable. From Hibachi to buffet to pool side we enjoyed it. Family of 3 and my son had a great time we also went with a couple who enjoyed time and drinks. I will go again . Location was perfect beach was steps from the pool. Views amazing . Will stay again.

When we arrived they hit us w an extra $300 per day charge for 5 days ($1500) for my 2 kids which were included in my original booking. And then the all inclusive pool bar closes at a certain time so u have to go to lobby bar but whos gonna go from pool to lobby bar which is a 5 min walk and up an elevator. Then the liquor cart comes around but its only a tease because they charge you extra for that. For 2 adults and 2 kids i ended up paying $950 per night. This hotel was nice but not worth $950 per night. If it was around $500-$600 per night like we had originally booked then i would say yeah not bad.

Food was good, staff was friendly, close to downtown area, a little older hotel but clean.

its good resort but not that great( of course its good for price ) they provide taco at swimming pool during lunch, its really delicious. it looks old building but its okay. we book this hotel because of VIP access but you do not get any benefit as VIP Expedia member. Dont expect anything on that.

I have stayed her now 5 times. I have always booked on Expedia, every trip since 2012; the property was brand new my first trip. I haven't been here since 2019. I recently stayed April 2025 at Dreams. I booked Dreams because I love the view of Centro and the mountains. I have stayed at Secrets (adults side) 3 times; view sucks all you see is hotels. As of 2025 or so....Yuck!! Warning!! Two separate hotels!!! Not all inclusive like in the past. You need to add $300.00 if you want full access to the 2 restaurants and pool, which seems PETTY, unless I was duped and didn't care once I was at the hotel . Ick!! Don't think I will stay again. Very disappointing! They claim they had a renovation, but all they added was add-ons like luxury daybeds for you to spend more money (makes sense, but not a remodel) Hotel lookin shabby as well; lobby furniture, lobby wood deck tired and needs replaced, buffet yuck. I have always stayed in the Preferred Club; the buffet they offer is not like it was in the past not worth the effort or money, the only benefit of the Preferred club is it's closer to the ocean. Just a total Ick-disappointment....not sorry!

Overall was a pleasant stay. Food options for lunch were not optimal. Buffet was very limited for breakfast and lunch. Probably the most limited food options I have ever encountered at a Mexico all inclusive. But the staff were fantastic and the resort was clean.

Great location for an all-inclusive, have direct beach access and multiple pools. Good number of restaurants and bars options for families. App to request service is a bit flaky and sometimes requires follow through, but when it works it’s great.

We’ve been to this resort multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great and has tenure. There’s a couple hiccups along the way but they are always ready willing and able to make it right. It’s great for the kids and we always have a great time. There’s a wedding almost every night but they shut it down at about 10pm. We’ll be back again next year!

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a number of issues that made my experience quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I was given a room that had not been properly cleaned. The bed was made, but the sheets were dirty, and there were stains, hair, and a wet spot on the bedding. I promptly requested a sheet change and, upon further inspection, noticed that the room had not been cleaned between guests. I was moved to another room, which was slightly cleaner and had been restocked. However, I still found stains on the blanket and pillow, as well as hair throughout the room. I attempted to switch the sheets myself but discovered that the "clean" sheets also had stains and hair. After specifically requesting clean sheets without any marks, I finally received an acceptable set. While this room was stocked with water bottles and hand soap that the first room was missing, I found it odd that there was no bath mat provided in a room with a shower and tub. The dining options were limited and not very appealing. Room service was particularly disappointing, while the food from the cafe was edible but lacked portion size. The two bars available felt underwhelming, and the shared amenities between the adult-only and family sides of the resort didn’t provide the expected exclusivity. Accessing the resort was also problematic, as there was no designated pedestrian entrance. The only way out involved navigating a steep concret

Excellent resort to stay at!

Everything was amazing, the staff are amazing

Nice property with very friendly staff. However, property needs some upgrades, room’s especially. Rooms needed deeper cleaning and maintenance. Food can be better quality and more versatile.
