Disappointed breakfast. Onky had tapioca one day. No fresh fruit juice. Noisy ar conditioning. Hotel team was very courteous.

The Wi-Fi is terrible

Excellent location. However, the room was filthy. I contacted the manager, and I was told to send pictures to support my complain, and after a week, I haven’t received a single word from them.

Staff extremely rude, could not accommodate my early check-in, even though I flew in for over 16 hours, with the excuse that no rooms available. But they were willing to charge half a rate for immediate room availability.

A good location, not far from activities. Breakfast was very good and the front desk staff was helpful.

The very attentive staff who appeared to really enjoy doing their jobs. My wife and I felt that although the breakfast had plenty of variety, the quality of the food and freshness was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Maceió is perhaps the MOST welcoming of destinations. This hotel is a good example.

Great location! Good wifi! Excellent staff! Ponta Verde is a nice neighborhood, and the hotel is near by everything! 2 blocks from the beach, a lot of restaurants, stores, supermarket, drug stories, craft fairs near by... love it!

Firstly I booked a disabled room by mistake and when we arrived at about 12 noon I spoke to Reception and told them as I was concerned that they may require the room for a disabled person. They said it wasn't possible to change until March 27th and there will probably be a surcharge. On arrival at 12 noon we can't check in until 3 pm but we were allowed to leave out luggage in a locked area and use a safe for valuable items. We arrived back at the hotel at about 2:15 pm and saw a large group of flight attendants doing check in, once they had finished we got our room which was about 2:45pm. A good start to the holiday!! The disabled room we were assigned was on the first floor via a lift and the room was the last room down a long corridor ( not good for any disabled person) the view was a petrol station. It appears they only pay lip service to disabled people. Once in the room the bed was good and the room was very large but the shower room had a curtain which was nowhere wide enough so the floor was covered with water !! Not great. Breakfast was ok and the staff friendly. We went to the pool once but it had lots of human hair when we went back two days later the pool was closed and stayed that way until we left, again not great. Our flight was late in the evening so we tried to extend the room but wasn't able to do so until the morning which we were grateful to pay to use the room until 6pm. Overall a mixed response, would I use the hotel again...probably not

Excellent location. Rooms are big and good quality. Hotel is new, therefore could have been cleaner. Mold is starting to show in the bathroom. Room is not always dusted. Breakfast has a variety of items but many are not tasty. Personnel are very friendly but someone gave us wrong information.

Located in a very quiet and safe area of the city. Restaurants, drugstores, farmacy very close to the hotel.

This hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach. It is modern , clean and comfortable . We have arrived early from our flight and they were able to give us the key at noon, but they made sure to tell us that the check in time was at 15:00 . I will recommend this hotel.

it´s a excellent hotel near to ponta verde beach and many pubs at waterleline. The stuff very worry for your bienestar, responsable and so charismatic!! Breakfast delicious!!!! It´s a great hotel.
