The air conditioning didn’t work! We had to open the windows and there were too noisy outside, the hotel was so close to the highway. We couldn’t sleep properly. Staff was good, everything was clean

Staff is really nice. We booked a triple room but we're given a quadruple room with a nice size. Everything worked fine. At check-in breakfast buffet was offered at a discounted rate, it was good and well served. Walking distance to/from train station.

Due to late flight I arrived at hotel at midnight, however the reception staff were very helpful and understanding.

The hotel is close to the main train station - convenient for travel to other parts of Galicia and beyond. There are numerous bus lines that serve the area as well, for local transport, especially into the old city. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I slept very well every night, and very much appreciated the black-out curtains. The associated restaurant is also impeccanle - the food and service were both amazing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in A Coruña, and would definitely book here again in the future! Thank you!

36 youths at a football function. Running up And down the halls until midnight. Staff dis nothing to ease the situation consequently the rest of the guest had a terrible stay.

They didn't have air conditioning, only heating. It was not comfortable to sleep and we had to open the window of the room.

Easy walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant is average but it's a 20 minute walk to the middle of the city.

Convenient location close to the train station and to buses to quickly reach old town, the Hercules tower, the beach and other locations. Good restaurant with great and very friendly service. Very clean room/bathroom. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Clean and modern property. Room service was fast and fairly priced. Breakfast buffet had usual options and was convenient to have prior to heading out. Overall, enjoyed my stay and will return when visiting this area.

The staff went above and beyond to help us transport our luggage to carral so we could El Camino with ease. As well, they were very informative about city attractions.

Overall the hotel is very good. The room was a little small for two persons I think. Also it would be good if the bar was open in the afternoon rather than having to head out if you wanted a drink. It's within walking distance for most things. Staff were great.

This is a great hotel for a short stay. It is conveniently located close to the train station, and a short walk to shopping streets. The airport is no more than 15 min by taxi. Overall, the place is very modern, comfortable and calm.
