This place is awesome for ski and snowboard athletes, enthusiasts, and beginners. Offering year round slopes and even classes- you won’t find anything else like this place!!! Unfortunately my room had a stained couch and bed. The shower floor also appeared dirty. On the other hand, the room was comfortable and roomy enough for our family. The staff was extremely friendly and helped make our stay memorable.

It is fine to stay for one night for snowboarding training. After all, it’s the only hotel located next to Snowworld. However, I was quite surprised by how basic the room facilities were. It didn’t even have a water kettle. I had to go downstairs and ask the "new" receptionist for hot water, and eventually got some from their coffee machine at 1:00 a.m. Ps. The restaurants are not thsy bad like those comments on Google

The place looks nice, but there is a lot of noise from other rooms/guests. The room was too warm. The double bed was in fact 2 single beds pushed together, both very narrow, and each with an individual and very narrow duvet. The shower/toilet cubicle arrangement with shared sliding door is very strange. The room is dimly lit.

The property fell short of our expectations as we were guests and booked (pricey) week-end classes. We were not provided the room to change into our ski costumes until and I received stern replies when asking for 30 minutes extra in our room in the morning. Room is noisy from the corridor doors and loud talking, until late. Do not open the windows for air as it's noisy outside with the air conditioning for snow. The parking is payable on top of your room and ski classes. We will find a better place if we come another time.

Spacious room and choices of food and drinks at bars and restaurants.

Had already stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay an extra night, it was easy to book it through hotels.com. The stay was part of a ski group, food a little limited, rooms clean, beds too soft for my liking but thats personal choice.

Decent place to stay and combine with Skiing

Great restaurants and a varied choice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner where very, very good. All the resort is exceptional for someone looking to start skiing. The rooms are average but decent for the costs.

Cramped rooms and household cleaning crew did not clean thoroughly.

Always feel comfortable staying at the hotel. Food is good and choices of drinks
