The location is good, the space a bit small but the bed was big enough. Valued for price.

Central location in the old quarter so it is very convenient for sightseeing and moving. I only stayed for 1 night so I didn't need to ask too much about the service so it was fine.

Rooms and service are good, only access to the hotel is small, the location of the hotel is close to the crowd, easy to find food

Everything is good, the only slight minus is that the entrance is a bit narrow and there is no place to park motorbikes during the day.

I got a room on the 5th floor, with a small window that was quite airy. Compared to the price of 600-700k/day with such a central location, there is nothing to complain about. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The room is small but clean and safe.

A place worth staying when visiting Hanoi, although the alley to the hotel is a bit narrow

Great location, not far from Hoan Kiem Lake. Enjoy the daily activites of local people around the hotel. However, the hotel room is very small.

This hotel is located at the center of Old Quarter making us easy to explore the area. Restaurants, bar, coffeeshop are nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived at Hanoi from Sapa at 4 am in the morning in the middle of cold weather and he let me to take a rest in the lobby until around 8 am I register my booking and walking around while waiting for the check in time.
