The staff were polite and lovely, and they upgraded me from a small room to a larger one.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and enthusiastic staff, especially Thao the receptionist. Diverse breakfast with many European and Asian dishes. Spacious and clean room. Will definitely come back here next time.

Very noisy at night and early in the morning to sleep and rest. Restaurant is nice. In the afternoon also noisy because the cleaning staffs are talking very loud in the lobby. Not worth the money so much tho.

Clean hotel friendly staff lovely. Attentive service, dedicated. Right in the center and very near the pedestrian street. However, closing at 12pm, so going out late to call the door, it is a bit inconvenient.
