first time coming to Japan and immediately staying here, for the price it is indeed recommended, very cheap, but when sleeping on the bed there are lots of ants, when booking it was confirmed to bring small children and for 2 adults, but on the second day we were told not to bring small children and were charged 3000 yen, the location is indeed close to everywhere, but this hotel is quite scary because my child was awake and saw something

I always stay here when I visit Osaka. It truly feels like home. Friendly staff, easy check-in, and conveniently located right in front of the Midosuji Line station stairs. Highly recommended!

The hotel's cleanliness is lacking, but the room is clean. However, there is a musty smell along the hotel corridor and in front of the room. The AC is cold. The good thing is that it has easy access because it is close to the station. Close to 7 Eleven and Family Mart. The staff is friendly. The bathroom is clean, only on the 1st floor in my opinion. The bathroom is shared. The price is affordable for the Osaka area.

The price is very affordable with a strategic hotel location. 3 minutes walk to the metro station and 5 minutes to the JR station. Near the super complete donki. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a sento which is perfect for a tired night after walking around. The room is also enough for one person, you can still open a 30-inch suitcase and there is a refrigerator and TV. The building is quite old. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. Overall, it's okay to just sleep because it's very cheap.

Highly recommended hotel in Shin Imamiya area. Very close just walking distance to MRT Shin Imamiya Station and MRT Dobutsuen Mae Station which goes to Osaka and outside the city. Very friendly staff. And can leave luggage really great. Thanks Hotel Taiyo.

The process is easy and close to the station plus it's cheap and fits a backpacker's budget.

Very strategic location. Dobutsuen station midosuji line to namba, dotonbori, exit no. 2 there is an elevator, only 2 minutes. 5 minutes from the hotel to shin imamiya station nankai line to the airport.

Check in at 13:00 and they said OK 👍✌. Old fashioned motel, manual key, front desk staff very friendly and speak English as well 🤗. Subway Station Midousuji line just in front of the hotel 🎉.

This place is just like any rent rooms (kosan) in Jakarta. Cleanliness just so so. They have AC which really helpful in winter/summer, slippers, linen, towel in room and elevator. Separated toilets and bathrooms outside the rooms. They also provide bicycle rental. Place itself just hundreds meters from jr station. It ' s easily noticed since located in main road, quite old building and dark atmosphere thou. Oh, also there is Mega Donquijote and Osaka Zoo not far from there. When you seeking for affordable place to stay in Osaka, I recommended this.

You get what you pay for it. Room was in very old condition the shared bathroom not clean shower room only available on g-3rd floor.

Very suitable and suitable for backpacker budgets like my wife and I, AC in each room which can be hot and cold, on each floor there is a clean toilet, hot water for bathing is always ready (important for those visiting in autumn and winter), there are coin laundry and dryer are cheap, drinking water and hot water for drinking are always available, the microwave is also ready 24 hours, the kitchen can be used with all the tools, the location is close to JR (shin imamiya) and Osaka Metro (dobutsuen mae) stations. Overall, better than other accommodation with very affordable prices, especially for a country like Japan.

Best for the price, better than stay in manga cafe if there is two of you, the hot water yo shower is always hot, the shared amenities is in abundance, from drinking water, boiled water, microwaves, etc. At first I thought the hard pillow won't be comfortable, but I'm wrong, its so comfy, and the air conditioning provide you with warm air if you came in autumn.

I always stay in Hotel Taiyo whenever I went to Osaka. This time I got a japanese style single room for a very affordable price. The room is equipped with a mini fridge. The shared toilet is equipped with bidet. The hotel is located very near to the metro exit and a short distance to JR station.
