Nice and clean with super friendly staff but I wish it was a little closer to the action. For the price you can’t go wrong because it’s not super far and there is a tram right by the hotel entrance

Clean, warm and everything we needed in room for 3 night stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast options. Second time we have used. Only adverse comment is location is not near dining options such as Manufaktura. Secure parking is 50PLN per 24hrs. Would use again but car advised for this location.

The lobby and the restaurant setting looked very good. I stayed on the top floor room described as one with a "higher standard'. I did not like the decor and arrangement of the room - the room was too small and the new furniture design was minimalistic and did not blend with the modern look of the the hallways and the lobby. The bathroom, on the other hand, was very nicely done. A bathtub addition would be useful. The Ukrainian staff at the reception desk and the maintenance crew were very helpful and nice, always wearing a natural smile. That was one of the highlights of our stay. Ми з Вами

Room was fantastic (7th floor). Bar wasn't great but there are lots of bars and restaurants close by. Service from reception staff was great. 15 minutes from the airport but very central so all good!

Located on the main shopping street in Łódź, about 10 minutes taxi ride to Manufaktura and 25 minutes from the airport. Great hotel, very clean and modern with very friendly attentive service.
