Overall a good experience. Rooms very clean and neat and cleaned daily. Let down by having no iron and ironing board available in the whole hotel let alone the room. Also the hairdryer provided was not powerful enough. Quiet surroundings and nice small pool although it was out of action for the first half of our stay. Enjoyed our stay but hotel was fine, not amazing.

What a little gem of a find. We hired a car from the airport, and drove to the hotel. Both the hotel and restaurant are brilliant. A short taxi journey into town is a must and it’s extremely peaceful at the hotel. The hotel also has two extremely helpful workers on the front desk. Both were of great help.

The good: the front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were great, helpful and friendly. Nice grounds, nice pool, patio from the room was nice. The beach area was also very good and not far. The restaurant was excellent. Parking was easy. The less than good: The room was very dated and not decorated. The bathroom toilet seat broke. The sink was damaged and patched with silicon! The breakfast was not good and when they ran out of food, you were out of luck. The breakfast staff were not friendly. It seemed like they did not want to be there with their attitude.

Fantastic location, lovely pool and gardens, good restaurants and beach service. Receptionists were super attentive and offered lots of recommendations which we appreciated. The only downsides were the breakfast which is included in the price but very very simple and a bit disappointing, and secondly, a 10am checkout. We were offered flexibility with the timing and also given access to a separate shower and bathroom so that we could use the pool for a few hours after checkout which was really kind. Hotel restaurant had a good range of food and lots of tasty options. Would stay again!!

Travelling without a car , we could not have found a better location - beside both a stop for bus from Cagliari and the local Beach shuttle into and around Villasimius. Campus beach - with hotels excellent sun beds - is a gem. Breakfast staff calmly efficient and welcoming - just like Reception Team. Pool area maintained to superior level . Restaurant on site is good and pizza top class. Surprisingly little noise from nearby road.

Beautiful setting, private beach is gorgeous with clear sea and the loungers are free and comfortable which is excellent. Short drive to Villasimius itself and there is also a cheap shuttle bus service that stops outside the hotel (about 5-10 minutes in the car/bus). Rooms are fabulous. Wifi is good around the pool and the pool is lovely and refreshing too. Restaurant is great with a huge choice of food and everything I ate there was lovely. Great relaxing atmosphere - highly recommend.

Great hotel and service , well located !

Su Giganti is a friendly, well run hotel near to the sea. Similar to a motel with parking close to the room the hotel is set in lovely, well cared for gardens. The rooms had an ‘eighties feel’ and were fine but not luxurious. The attached restaurant was excellent and the food delicious. Breakfast was a bit basic and the town a drive away but we really liked the friendly and helpful staff and enjoyed our stay.

Staff very good. Food reasonable but breakfast unvaried. Distance from town a disadvantage. Very poor wifi.

This is a sweet little hotel. It is a 3 star place, very simple, but the rooms and clean and nice. Each has a little terrace overlooking the pool. It is very pretty, the pool area is very nice, and the front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but just fine. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was very good (they should turn the lights down - too bright for a nice dinner). This hotel is on the road from Caglieri before you get into Villasimius. There is a beach just across the street; you can rent a chair and umbrella from the front desk (no towel). Also at this beach is a lovely restaurant, Il Miraggio, and we had a wonderful meal there. They even set tables out in the sand in good weather and the setting is just beautiful. Very happy with this hotel.

Very trendy hotel staff who were very helpful. Hotel small but had all services required to make a comfortable stay. Must warn people that the hotel is remote there was a bus shuttle into local town but bus stopped at 11.30 so no good for young people.

Very clean comfortable hotel close to beach , gorgeous food

Good hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant was good and with hindsight should have booked half board. Nearby restaurants were mainly shut (end of season). A 10 minute drive into town - taxi was €30 return!!

Very comfortable hotel, lovely staff, near super beach, good swimming pool. Breakfast ok but not brilliant. Restaurant good but staff a little over stretched. Room very nice.

From the moment we have arrived to the hotel we were made feel welcome comfortable and felt as if we were in our second home. The breakfast buffet bar offers vast variety of food to suit all tastes. The staff is very friendly yet very professional. The room service is excellent. The towels are changed daily. The on site restaurant and pizzeria serve very tasty pizzas and a variety of dishes many based on the local products and local fresh fish. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful and dedicated to assists their guests in all their inquiries ( they speak English). All rooms are overlooking the swimming pool surrounded by the very well tended grass lawn and beautiful local flowers and bushes. All rooms have air conditioning, TV set, the safe and a mini-fridge filled with the refreshments. There is access to WiFi on the site.

This hotel is in a great location although if you can hire a car there are some lovely beaches a short drive away - Port Guincho was our favourite. All of the staff we met are lovely and a special Thank you to Pietro, Antonio, Alessandra, Simona, Jessica, Valentina, Alessio who are all fabulous so welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is continental and served down by the pool and the restaurant is superb having tried a few, we ended up eating here 4 out of 7 nights. This hotel is perfect for a stop off or indeed to spend several nights there its very comfortable and clean.

Lovely small hotel in great location opposite a fantastic beach. Fantastic staff and brilliant restaurant.
