Great hotel, nice gym

It was nice

I really liked this hotel, much better than the Courtyard next door. The hotel staff was always supportive and everything was clean. The only thing that could do better is the pool and the pool area. Other than that, everything was great.

Cleaniless

Beware of fraudulent charges. The hotel not releasing refunds even after admitting errors.

Cuando asistimos a Fiesta Inn tratamos de disfrutar y utilizar los beneficios. En esta ocasión solo fue el servicio de la alberca, sin embargo, vimos que el gimnasio esta muy bien equipado como otros Fiesta Inn. Por el poco tiempo, tampoco pudimos asistir al restaurante, pero está en una excelente ubicación y el servicio de todos los que nos atendieron fue como esperábamos.

This Property is Great, Clean and very quiet. There’s a lot of conveniences. A mall next door. And Staff is Great.

the rooms are fine but the next door neighbors can be ear moving in high heels and moving chairs at 2am because the walls are too thin.

Es un hotel promedio. La distribución en los cuartos es incómoda, sobre todo el área del lavamanos que está abierta al resto del cuarto. El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo. El colchón fue muy cómodo, lo que hizo que no estuviera tan mal hospedarme aquí.

It was ok but had a very bad experience. I woke up at 3:30 am and I had insect stings on my left side if the body. I checked and there was an insect and I took a picture of it and call management. The poor clerk and security were very embarrassed and mived me to anither room. I claimed that I should be reimburssed for at least that night because I could not sleep. The manager NEVER made an effort to apologize, whrn I checjed out my money fir one night was there. However the incinvinuence and the horrible experience is not paid by reimbursing one of 6 nights that I stayed there. I chose the hotel becsuse I believed it had certain standards. The lobby and desk are horrible. The shower is uncinfortable to turn on also. Its a pity, because it has a great location but it was pretty bad.

In general was ok, comfortable, just the vanity furniture didn't like it to much

the person at the front desk didn’t give me access to the VIP floors.
