Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool and slide were a huge hit with our kids. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Would stay again

We stay here frequently and the hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! We always have the best time, with usually 10 kids in tow! They have always been the most accommodating especially for our 2 children with Autism!

Pool was STANDING ROOM only. The pool should have maybe been open in shifts. From the amount of people that were there, you need to do better.

We stayed during March break so I expected it to be busy. The pool was crowded and very loud, they had a hard time keeping up with clear pool towels, small wait for the elevator. They had a hard time keeping up with the hot items for the continental breakfast . The staff did what they could to cater to the large crowds. The only recommendation I have would be an option to rent movies in the room , after a night of swimming I was hoping to settle in and watch a movie but nothing was on tv .

March break stay with the kids and got denied. I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding my check-in experience. Despite having already paid for my stay through Hotels.com, I was denied check-in because I did not have a credit card. I have stayed at this location previously and was able to use a $200 debit cash hold for incidentals. However, the front desk was completely unaccommodating and refused to accept this form of payment today. Furthermore, the Hotels.com booking information does not state that a credit card is a mandatory requirement for check-in. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there was no manager on duty to address the situation. As a result, we left the hotel despite having a confirmed and fully paid night stay.

Check in was efficient. Room was clean and had a microwave and fridge which was appreciated. Breakfast was good. My grandkids enjoyed the pool but it was very busy.
