Boutique hotel with 35 rooms, full pool and beach facilities. The service is outstanding. A perfect place to spend a honeymoon or week away with family. For local flavor, just down the beach (east) are kiosks that sell food. Bring an interpreter if you can't speak Portuguese.

Cosy destination at a marvelous natural beach

This place is Amazing. Is worth the money. Things are expensive but the quality is another level. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in, they make you fell like a king right at home. DEFINITELY WORTH IT. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

It was my second visit, based in a good experience of the first. In general hotel has lost most of its "charm". Poor beach service. Pool open to late in the morning. Swarm of flies arounD the pool and eating areas remain a major disconfort Hotel equipment and furniture being deterioraded. Many other charming itens were missed. No further visit unless it be realy improved

The hotel is great. Perfect to relax. Very exclusive, just a few guests even during high season. Food is good, pool and amenities are great, view is amazing.

The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. There is a very nice pool and a large area on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included many local and national dishes. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had very good food and a large variety of dishes. One thing I would change would be include the option to have the stay be all inclusive for an extra cost per night / per person. Also, the area outside of the hotel is not a great neighborhood nor a big city, but hotel grounds are completely enclosed so it is safe. Overall extremely happy with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carmel Charme. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful. The location is beautiful, with an amazing beach. The food was good and service (despite other reviews) was excellent. The hotel is quite a distance from Fortaleza so car hire is essential. Overall the most relaxing break I've had in ages.

Fantastic hotel, great and hard working staff. The restaurant was also great: good wine selection, great appetizers and main courses. The lobster on the Saturday's buffet was a treat.

O quarto antigo, itens como da pia soltavam, bem como recipientes de shampoo, sabonete também. , A limpeza precisei pedir antes para passarem mais um pano e debaixo dos móveis e cantos com poeira e como já conhecia e fui outras vezes senti a diferença de tratamento ao reservar diretamente e pelo aplicativo de viagens, entretanto o lugar è lindo, comida continua ótima , com boas opções de café ( impressão que diminuíram da última vez,mas comunicam boas . os funcionários, exceto da recepção faziam de tudo para tornar os dias melhores cada um na sua função, principalmente do restaurante e da piscina .

O hotel no geral é lindo como nas fotos, bem cuidado, muitos funcionários cuidando de detalhes e preocupados com a estadia. Quarto bom, piscina com temperatura boa, praia limpa e privada práticamente. Meu ressalvo são os valores cobrados de alimentos e bebidas. Achei extremamente caro. Entendo que é um hotel de luxo mas água de frigobar minalba 300 ml por 18 reais é abuso, enfim, também comentei com eles sobre um erro no panfleto que dizia que teríamos cinema na quarta feira, e esperei por essa experiência via pra saber que estava errado o informativo e o cinema deles e na quinta, e inclusive em inglês a informação diz quarta e sábados. Enviei pra eles a informação printada pra que arrumem então, e ninguém mais crie expectativas. E apesar de ser um hotel que aceita crianças, e tem até uma certa estrutura, com cabaninha, kids club pequeno e monitora e pisco a infantil. A experiência de andar de bicicleta só existe pra 1 criança no hotel inteiro. Não tem cadeirinha pra mais que uma, o que achei ruim já que tenho dois filhos pequenos. Enfim o hotel é bom pra conhecer e tirar da wishlist, mas não me deixou com o desejo de voltar. E do tipo viu e tá visto.

Tudo
