Cosy destination at a marvelous natural beach

This place is Amazing. Is worth the money. Things are expensive but the quality is another level. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the minute you walk in, they make you fell like a king right at home. DEFINITELY WORTH IT. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

It was my second visit, based in a good experience of the first. In general hotel has lost most of its "charm". Poor beach service. Pool open to late in the morning. Swarm of flies arounD the pool and eating areas remain a major disconfort Hotel equipment and furniture being deterioraded. Many other charming itens were missed. No further visit unless it be realy improved

The hotel is great. Perfect to relax. Very exclusive, just a few guests even during high season. Food is good, pool and amenities are great, view is amazing.

The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. There is a very nice pool and a large area on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet included many local and national dishes. The restaurant for lunch and dinner had very good food and a large variety of dishes. One thing I would change would be include the option to have the stay be all inclusive for an extra cost per night / per person. Also, the area outside of the hotel is not a great neighborhood nor a big city, but hotel grounds are completely enclosed so it is safe. Overall extremely happy with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for a couple.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carmel Charme. The staff were really friendly, and very helpful. The location is beautiful, with an amazing beach. The food was good and service (despite other reviews) was excellent. The hotel is quite a distance from Fortaleza so car hire is essential. Overall the most relaxing break I've had in ages.

Fantastic hotel, great and hard working staff. The restaurant was also great: good wine selection, great appetizers and main courses. The lobster on the Saturday's buffet was a treat.

Hotel excepcional, praia excepcional e atendimento excepcional. Não é caro, é justo pelo gigante retorno de uma equipe que sabe fazer você se sentir bem recebido.

Já cheguei tendo problemas no ar condicionado que não funcionava, veio uma pessoa da manutenção que não resolveu, tive que passar a noite no calor, não me foi oferecida a troca de ap. No dia seguinte de manhã avisei a recepção que o quarto estava livre, para que mandassem a manutenção resolver o problema, voltei ao hotel às 15h e ninguém tinha ido lá. Liguei novamente na recepção e aí mandaram um técnico que ficou 2h dentro do apartamento, tirando meu tempo de descanso, mas, enfim, resolveu! No check-in online perguntam o número do seu calçado, eu preenchi com antecedência, o chinelo colocado no ap não era do número que solicitei, pedi a troca na sexta e também no sábado, e não foi trocado! No dia do checkout pedi se era possível ficar até as 14 ou 13h e me foi negado! O hotel sequer se retratou do inconveniente de alugar um apartamento com o ar sem funcionar 1 noite! Os funcionários da recepção sao desatentos e despreparados. Ja tinha ido algumas vezes tanto nesse quanto em outros hotéis da rede, mas dessa vez, nao volto mais!

O hotel superou as minhas expectativas. Viajei sozinha para passar o meu aniversário aqui, queria um lugar tranquilo, de descanso e conforto. A equipe faz tudo para que vc se sinta especial, fui atendida prontamente em tudo que precisei. Serviço de praia e piscina muito bons, o mar é quentinho, o café da manhã é muito bom, a cama é travesseiros de primeira qualidade. Todas as noites tem uma programação especial e o Spa vale muito a pena! Enfim, eu não poderia ter escolhido melhor, com certeza voltarei.
