The Rooms here are very small. I found the hallway sometimes smelled of smoke. But it’s a non-smoking hotel. It’s next to the subway station. They offer free coffee, free tea and soda in the lobby. A continental breakfast of hard boiled eggs and pastries is offered. The soda machine was a bit dirty. Lawsons convenient store is next door. There are lots of restaurants and Bars near by. There is even a Burger King across the street. I went to the dinosaur museum on the next subway stop over. I also went to the Osaka Zoo near by too. Going to Namba was easy too.

Great transport links nearby. Hotel and room was pretty grimy and run down, but it suited for a couple of nights. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - but I’m stocky and 6ft. Overall passable. Also ended up with a smoking room which I didn’t ask for, so it was a bit smelly at first.

Good place, near jr station

Small but cozy. We got everything we need. Only 3 minutes walk to subway station. And we really love the 24-hours free drinks at the lobby!

I cannot speak japanese staff at hotel spoke little english but that wasn't a problem, stayed 16 days and was very happy with everything at the hotel.

Nice place, small room but well located, nice staff, ...

I was a little apprehensive when i booked this hotel because they were no reviews and my fiancee had told me that it looked very small and old from the outside. But to my Ｓｕｒｐｒｉｓｅ me and my fiancee really enjoyed this hotel very much! it is located right by Nishitanbae station and it is super clean with a free internet a great little free breakfast with coffee toast hard boiled eggs and juice and an excellent hard working staff. The staff was just fantastic although no one speaks english this is to be expected when coming to Japan but they do try to accomadate you in every way. Only small issue u had with the hotel was that the walls were a bit thin but other then that i will come back and stay at Nishitanabae inn for my future trips to osaka!

禁煙ルームを希望したが、かつては喫煙OKの客室だったらしく、タバコ臭が残っていてちょっと息苦しかった。ビジネスホテルとしての設備、アメニティは揃っているが、熱いお湯が蛇口全開にしても故障かと思うくらいなかなか出てこなかったのには戸惑った。 コーヒーやジュースのドリンクサービスがフリーで、簡単な朝食サービスがあるのはうれしい配慮。道筋がやや分かりにくいが、御堂筋線西田辺駅から徒歩すぐで、近くに飲食店が多くあり、特にコンビニがホテル前にあるのはとても便利。 宿泊費はリーズナブルであり、素泊まりと割り切ればお得感がある。

値段相応かもしれない為、仕方ない。 この値段は、今後はこの程度だと思います。

浴槽が汚れていた。 液体石鹸？とおぼしきものが側面についていた。 洗ってから大分時間が経っていると思われるほど、ほこりがついていた。

スタッフさんは24時間、対応してくださりとても親切でした。 客室は値段の割に清潔だと思います。 施設全体的に年季の入った建物の匂いがしますが、愛嬌だと思ってます。

泊まった部屋は広いツインでした。 セミダブルとシングルのベッドが２つ、一人がけのソファ、テレビ、デスクと椅子、大きい冷蔵庫がありました。 お風呂は狭いです。壁越しに話し声は聞こえましたが、眠れないほどではなかったです。 古いですが、清潔だったと思います。

隣室の男がキャッハッハーという声を上げながら携帯で何時間も喋っているのが結構聞こえて不愉快だった。私の部屋はウォッシュレットはついているが故障中ですとの張り紙で使えず。無料WiFiも使えず申し訳ありませんとの張り紙。印象は悪くなく、機会があったらまた泊まろうとは思うけど、非常に快適とは言えない。ま、泊まるだけなら問題なし、って感じかな。

狭いけどそこそこ快適。椅子がないので少し不便。

部屋がせま過ぎる。廊下の絨毯が汚い。温水を出すと配管がハレーションを起こす。

駅近、コンビニ目の前といった立地面はとても良かったです。従業員の方も丁寧でした。 ただ、エレベーターも古いし、部屋も古いし、Wi-Fiはつながりにくくなっていました。 チェックインもアウトも時間がかかりました。

急遽大阪へ行くことを決めて、ホテルを探しました。御堂筋線沿線で梅田、心斎橋までのアクセスもよく、値段もリーズナブルでした。フロントの方も質問に親切に対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

新しい施設ではないので、きれい！というわけではありませんが、24時間ドリンクバー利用できたり、朝パンと卵、ヨーグルトもあって、部屋に持って行って食べられるのも、よかったです。 ライブ後で、なかなか、たどり着けず、親切に対応してくださり、ありがとうございました。

地下鉄駅近でとても便利でした、周辺に食事処もたくさんあり満足です。 また利用します。

建物の古さとテーブルや洗面台、シャワーヘッドなどの年季がすこし気になった。 スタッフの方々はみなさんとても親切で笑顔で気持ちよかったです。
