Great location!

Great family room with outstanding view from the lounge area of the river across to the castle. Would recommend.

The hotel and room were so impressive. We wish we hadn't gotten in so late. The gentleman working the desk when we got in was very friendly and helpful. The woman working the desk when we checked out deserves equal praise. The breakfast was so so. Only negative thing we can really say.

I loved the room and the view. The breakfast was great, although busy. Unfortunately the shower leaked from the bottom every time.

Overall great hotel however there were loud kids on street between 3:00am-5:00am on river view side of hotel, disrupted our sleep.

Clean and it’s mid of downtown. Everything is in walking distance

The Charles Bridge Palace is in an excellent location in the heart of Prague. The hotel is palatial and the staff went out of there way to welcome us, and assist us in getting to all our tours and making arrangements to the airport on our departure. The breakfast buffet was incredible; it puts our U.S. hotels to shame. I wish we had a chance to stay longer, Prague is a wonderful city and the staff here made us feel right at home!

Everything was good

The hotel is in a great location but if you have a room at the front with a river view it is extremely noisy. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning didn't work in our room or hotel for our entire 4 night stay. Not good in very hot weather. There was no communication about when it would work.

Perfect historic location, excellent breakfast, cool historic building, would definitely stay there again.

The location truly couldn't be beat! Just steps away from the Charles Bridge and a pleasant, short walk to the Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square. Despite being housed in a historic building, the hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and it’s 2 levels which gave my daughter some privacy!

The reason I give three stars is because the AC was not working. I had read from other reviewers that AC was not working, but they were older reviews, that means the AC was never fixed. The AC is needed during this heat. The staff tried to help by letting us the mini-bar for free, which is appreciated, but the AC is needed. Also, the hotel is right next to a nightclub, which it gets really loud at night, they don’t close until 5 a.m. so it will be hard to get any sleep. I would not stay at this place anymore.

Location is amazing! Everything else doesn’t matter!!!!

Stayed three nights and first night was in a room where young people suddenly decided to party out on street all night due to Works Cup. Got very little sleep. Peter was so find to offer to move to much quieter room and at no extra cost. They were very accommodating.

The staff was kind and the room was very large!

Wow! Charles bridge palace is full of character, clean, exactly as described in pictures. The breakfast was the best spread out of our eastern euro tour with changing options every day. The bed was comfortable and the stay was located steps away from the Charles bridge. Staff were friendly and there were plenty of amazing food options within 10 minutes. Anyone going to Prague should stay here!

I found that the elevators were not always working. The mirror in the bathroom was too high and not really usable. My shower also leaked a bit when in use. The location of the hotel was perfect and the breakfast was very good.
