Hôtel proche du centre et du vieux port

I like the location. Room and facility were very minimal. Although, Location is great for the price

Pros: good deal for a price, clean, location. Cons: Parking only FOR 5 CARS. So, if you came late, you will pay 20 euros for a nearby parking. And it will increase the price for a night. For me, i could get a room in other hotel with unlimited parking, for a money of this one plus 20 euros:). Another thing, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk after 8 p.m. And if you call an emergency line, there's nobody speaking English. So, if you don't speak French, make sure you are coming before 8 p.m.; otherwise, you won't be able to find out what your room number is. I kindly suggested to a manager to creat a template email in English and send it to every guest running late - hopefully they will listen. A management tried to talk to me about my bad google review, and in USA we offer something (gift) to a client to smooth the situation. No offers to pay for my parking (which i hoped to get for free) nor anything was made - only apologies...Sorry guys - bad service is bad service; however, i do appreciate all a hard work of the supportive staff!

This is a boutique hotel that is one of the nicest 3*s I’ve stayed at. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel room and breakfast area are clean ans neat. Housekeeping attended daily. I’d stay again for sure if I was in the area. PS this is France, there is no hot breakfast option, only continental.

Nice location, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, marina….super tiny bathroom/shower, limited parking space…ok for a backpacking youngs, not family with kids,

The room was infested with bed bugs. Three sleepless nights. On third night two bed bugs were cut at 5 am and presented to the hotel staff later in the morning. Horrible experience.

Terrible wifi, noisy , and poor parking. both parking and wifi are free, but terrible .

My ratings are taking into account that this is one of the lowest priced hotels I could choose from. With that in mind, I was very happy with the service, the staff, the location, and the convenient simple breakfast. They took into account that I may arrive quite late and everything worked out well. It was a short walk to the old harbour (main tourist zone) but in addition I found very good and cheap meals along my walking route, which is a nice thing. It was (for me) walking distance to a nice beach (not soft sand) that was fairly private with wonderful views and perfect water. Plus along the walk was an amazing botanic garden.

We stopped here to break up our Provence and Riviera visit. The location was ideal for that purpose. We could walk about 5 minutes to the waterfront where there were plenty of restaurants. Wifi was free, secured parking was offered on the hotel's property (you must pay at the unrelated parking garage across the street). Service was exceptional!

Stayed at La Rotonde for a night and we found it to be a good base for exploring the area, including the Calanques of both La Ciotat and Cassis. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, very patiently responded to all of our questions. There are limited parking spots on site (only accessible until 11:00 PM) and the hotel's parking lot is tiny - if you are driving a station wagon, I recommend parking in a free public parking lot a few streets down, about 7-8 minutes walk from the hotel.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The staff were very helpful and the hotel is well located in relation to the sea front. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was also totally adequate.

Awkward room layout, tiny but clean bathroom. Tiny room overall but you get a small balcony. No AC was a bummer. (this is a 3 star hotel) Parking was full when we got there but staff showed us a free public parking within 10 min walk. Good breakfast though (not free)

If not space in the hotel, there is free parking 5 streets away.

Excellent, très bon accueil et hôtel. Très bien situé.

Sehr nettes Hotel in der Altstadt

Fantastisk läge strax bredvid gamla stan. Rymligt rum nyrenoverat badrum fin utsikt över trädtoppar. Varmt o engagerat bemötande. Kanonfrukost inkl. Tyst utifrån Men lyhört mellan rummen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel La Rotonde. Juste à côté du vieux Port, 10 mn de marche douce. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : les viennoiseries sont fraîches et de très bonne qualité, le buffet offre un jus d’orange de qualité , un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée ! La literie est confortable, nous avons très bien dormi. La chambre est propre et bien aménagée. Certes, la salle de bain est petite, mais parfaitement fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour agréable à La Ciotat !
