The staff is amazing ,very lovely and helpful especially the staff at the door! However, I find the property to be in very poor conditions. There were moldy floors in the bathroom and the pictures advertised did not match what we saw upon entry. I did not expect to literally stay inside the mall. Felt a bit cramped. The WiFi was great. Sometimes the shower ran cold. And the toilet paper was too rough for me! Ouch. The pillows were too hard. The pool was okay. Safe to say it’s great if you are just resting your head for business but not very relaxing for a vacation.

I thought the Hotel was less than 5 miles from the Hotel Resort area. NO. The costal Hotels are a good 15 miles away. I paid $80 in cab charges the first night. It is cheaper to stay in a $200 hotel and walk ! ! !

Amazing! Great location. The room was amazing! The staff amazing! Even left some things in my hotel room and they had it on the side ready for me to to pick it up! Great stop High recommended, pool/ jacuzzi was great as well!

I liked the fact that the hotel was inside the mall, close to restaurants and public transportation, which was very convenient. However, I wasn’t happy with the room I stayed in. It faced a machine-filled parking lot, and the window was extremely dirty or stained, making the view quite unpleasant. Adding a wallpaper or some kind of screen would help improve the atmosphere. Additionally, the towels provided were old and worn out, which detracted from the overall experience. The pool area also seemed neglected. The glass panels facing the lagoon were all stained or dirty, which took away from what could have been a relaxing and inviting space. It didn’t feel cozy or well-maintained at all.

This hotel is connected to a huge mall. It was so convenient to get anything from a phone charger, to flip flops. The mall has a huge food court. The roof top area and pool was a wonderful place to relax.

It’s too hard to find a parking spot no breakfast And do you want to pay for the parking spot in the tail is higher in price

Good option in downtown

Good hotel in Cancun downtown, inside Mall of Americas with lots of shopping and dining options, cost of breakfast is high considering you have other options. Room is good size, bed comfortable.

Amazing location for my work.

Stayed for a couple of days. Situated i the heart of downtown cancun. Rooms are spartan but very clean. Water pressure in shower and sink low. Hotel has some noticeable wear and tear including in pool area. Acces to dining and shopping simply amazing.

We had an amazing stay at fiesta Inn Cancun Las Americas, but the person who helped us out the most and was very informative, was Manuel. He should be employee of the year. He helped us out from the beginning to the end of our departure from the hotel. Thank you manuel. PS you are literally in the mall, so food and shopping is crazy.

Great place to stay. The staff, especially Matteo, were extremely helpful with information about all kinds of things and made us comfortable. I'll stay there again the next time we are in Mexico.
