Hello, the hotel is located in a good area, but the service in the lobby is only somewhat acceptable. The room doesn't have a telephone, and the toilet was dirty; it's obvious they never use bleach and just wipe it down with a cleaner. And worst of all, the mattress was split in two, so sleeping was uncomfortable for my back

the wifi barely works, the bath tub coating was peeling off, the pool water was green, and breakfast was barley eddible

Over priced property for what it offers. Pool was dirty, had a sauna but didn't work, gym was a joke and rooms weren’t the cleanest.

Hotel has a great potential, building, location, people, but looks like is managed by the CFO, I asked to paid for late check out, it was more expensive than buy a new night, did not make sense,

The property’s location is ver convenient. It has many things to do and they keep it very clean. Owners should invest $$$ a bit more to elevate the hotel to the next level. For instance my bathtub had patches which tells me that it was broken and they decided not to replace it. There was no phone in my room and the safe did not work.

The positive thing is that the bed is very comfortable and the pool is large and clean. The questionable is the breakfast, very poor and they charge everything extra.

Pagué por la aplicación y al check in me querían volver a cobrar. Casi una hora de espera y discusión, parados en el hall, hasta que se dieron cuenta del error, mientras nos dejaba para atender a cada huésped que pasaba. No hay ningún instructivo escrito, todo depende de lo que se acuerde de trasmitir el recepcionista. Sistema codificado de ingreso a la habitación con el que varios huéspedes tenían problema. Piscina chica, antihigiénica, sin duchas. Instalaciones bien calefaccionadas. Habitación limpia, amplia, cómoda. Mobiliario práctico y en buen estado, no se puede decir lo mismo del colchón. Ningún cartel promoviendo ecología en todo el hotel.

Not so good, bathroom terrible toilet and shower very bad experience

The place is ok for the type of hotel but there are some things that are not right. It says there is parking space where there is not enough or it is almost impossible to park because of the few spaces and if you want to use the underground parking you need to pay $40 per night which is ridiculous. Also the TV screen was broken and there were many details that showed poor maintenance. The overall service was very cold and impersonal and breakfast very limited. I would look for other options next time. Bed and bathroom were fine.
