Bath area needs improvement

It’s pretty basic, very clean, and I liked that there was a bar/restaurant right next door. The bathroom was extremely small and the space between sink & toilet quite tight. I loved being able to open the windows & just having the wooded view out back. It’s right off the highway to Newburgh so it was conveniently located for my visit with family.

Quick and easy

This is an older motel, so I wasn’t really expecting much. But was really impressed. Simple, but with everything you need. Comfortable bed, TV, mini fridge, microwave, and AC all worked perfectly. And the room and bathroom were SPOTLESS. None of the “mustiness” that you usually find in older places. And the women at the front desk was wonderful. I stayed two nights this trip in conjunction with a football game at West Point. I’ve already booked two more stays.

Great staff

This unit is bare-bones. Very clean, small, TV/AC/microwave, refrigerator. Two inexpensive full-size beds that were comfortable. Vinyl-wood floors. If all you want is a place to plop and sleep and leave, it is fine but if you are looking for a dresser, coffee-maker, and comfort, this is not your place. No tissues or hair dryer in room. This is essentially "you get what you pay for" and it was clean and did not smell badly. We arrived, and two hours later went to a wedding, returned, slept and left. I had no issues and it met my needs, but I would not spend many days there.

It was a great little motel for a 2 day business trip. Affordable, clean, and safe.

Small quiet property with a local bar and grill right next door. Confusing accessing the property from the divided highway out front but park right in front of room. This was essential as I was on a motorcycle trip.

For the price and considering that it was the graduation week at West Point, i was just thankful that they had rooms available. Elaine was very helpful.

It was okay. Needed a little cosmetic worh.

This is not a fancy hotel but it’s fine to get a nights sleep. Family owned. Close to where I had work.

The guests in the room next to my non smoking room were smoking weed. They also stayed up most of the night and hit the wall all night long and early in the morning until they left. I could hear the traffic on route 9, too. It’s NOT a quiet place at all.

I do not recommend. There was a terrible odor and the sink was clogged the whole time. There was not enough toilet paper. I suggest spending the extra money and going elsewhere.

Liked the service The beds were hard

Adequate, a bit musty odor. Maybe it had been raining a lot. Nice bar. Ginnys had good food.

Bed sucked

Stayed for 3 days due to proximity to my destination. Only needed somewhere to sleep each night. Lady at the desk was pleasant and friendly. (one star). Took me a minute to figure out where the "office" was, other than that, checkin/checkout was simple (half star) Cleaning service was horrible. Only came in to change out towels. Beds weren't made, bathroom was not cleaned. (no stars) Dirty shower curtain that barely made it to the edge of the tub. (no stars) Would not stay here again.

The property owners were friendly and attenative. We had a leak in our bathroom and they moved us to a new room immediately when it wasnt a simple fix. They were quick to respond to the issue too. The first room with the leak the beds were rock hard but the room we gor moved to was much nicer with softer beds. It certainly isnt a luxury stay but a descent place to rest your head for the night.
