Room was ample and clean

Nice view and perfect location. The bathroom was kinda funky. All glass offered no privacy and tub/shower was not easy to get in and out of. Great staff and super clean.

This is a hotel in a hilly area so not good if you have mobility problems. Car park nearby. Good restaurants to walk to

Hotel was very nicely appointed, we were skeptical because of prior reviews however we found the facilities were very clean, the room decor was nice, our room had balconies and the hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We would stay there again!

We were pleasantly surprised that the breakfast staff noticed it was my wife’s birthday and brought her a cake for the occasion. Little gestures like this go a long way. overall, excellent staff all around and very quiet hotel in the middle of the city. A is our vote

Very close to the Casco Viejo to eat Tapas Spanish food

We spent one night and had an excellent experience. Staff was kind and helpful. The 8th floor terrace has a nice coffee bar.

I was disappointed with the matress its nice and king size but old and uncomfortable

Highly recommend this hotel. Enjoyed our stay this week in Ourense. Comfortable beds, quiet room, and great shower. Breakfast food was good although the room itself is quite warm and humid. Wish the AC was on or cooler.

Good little cation, the raking was convenient, breakfast was worth the cost. Hotel decor was dated but overall comfortable eatable.

Loved the roof-top bar. Great view over the city.

Un buen hotel en Orense. Cerca de todo. El desayuno es muy bueno y completo. Solo el gimnasio no califica como gimnasio y las habitaciones son algo pequeñas.

Close to the old center

Used this hotel for a business trip. Hotel had parking although this was 100 metres up the road from the hotel (a bit awkward if you are on your own as you need a code to get into the parking lot - worth ringing in advance, parking outside the hotel is very restricted). Service was very good and the rooms were very clean and modern. Breakfast was in the basement level but had good choice. The hotel is surrounded by some very good bars and restaurants, all offer food and drink at very good prices, so no need to eat in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again for either a business or personal trip.

This was a great hotel. The lobby decor is pretty dated but it’s a nice location, and had a nice firm but comfy bed, lots of pillows and towels, and very good air conditioning which we needed during an unseasonable heat spell.

The property was excellent. This was just an overnight stopping place for us on route to Portugal so we didn't explore the area or dining.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And they spoke English. Also, the hotel is well situated in the main part of the city with access to all the best stores, parks, shops and the best restaurants! Bring your walking shoes and enjoy !
