The hotel was decent. Showers were not good. But the biggest complaint by far is the curfew. They state 24 hour reception and no curfew. But they close the doors at 12 and lock it with a bike lock and don't open till 6 am. They say you can ring the bell to get in but 2 nights I was unable to get in and had to stay on the streets till 6 am. Absolutely miserable.

Quiet room is very suitable to rest after a long day exploring the neighborhood. Staff are very enthusiastic. Overall a good hotel

The hotel is very well located in the old town, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and gave us a lot of advice about Hanoi.
