The hotel is good overall, simple but ok. The ac works ok , the amenties are nice and clean and the pool is great. Location is very good . The food is not the best , and breakfast also not the best . The only weird thing is that , they do not offer water - even tho is 3000 degrees and the only free water is at breakfast - The water is made in mud filter - which is very healthy yes … but the water taste like … MUDD. when the guest service person asked us during breakfast if we had any criticism and we mentioned the above, she looked at me and my fiancé and said - well maybe you both do not like healthy things - which was pretty rude and bizarre . Totally tone deaf .

A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We actually booked two stays over the course of several weeks during our stay in Brazil. Everything from the food, customer service, and friendly people of Itacare was wonderful!!!! We will definitely return.

A propriedade e as instalações do quarto são lindas.

Em 2025 viajamos a Itacaré e fizemos vários day use no restaurante Uça, anexo ao hotel. Tanto o atendimento quando a qualidade dos pratos do restaurante, somando-se a localização bem em frente à praia da concha nos fizeram voltar esse ano, como hóspedes do hotel. Foi aqui que vieram algumas dificuldades: a hospedagem incluía um bebê de 2 anos. Fomos colocados em um quarto (reservei suíte master) na beira da rua e não dormimos nada na primeira noite, devido ao barulho de conversar e música alta. A limpeza, principalmente do banheiro, deixava muito a desejar. No segundo dia trocamos de quarto, o problema de barulho foi resolvido e a limpeza deste estava bem melhor. O ar condicionado estava com defeito, pingando água, mas o problema foi imediatamente resolvido. O hotel tem uma localização EXCELENTE e uma área verde deliciosa para quem viaja com crianças. Problema principal: café da manhã. A expectativa era alta, ja que conhecíamos o restaurante e amamos. Mas a realidade foi outra: praticamente não comemos nenhum dia, pois todos os iogurtes, frutas, pães, enfim praticamente tudo estava tomado por pequenas moscas. O ideal seria que todos os alimentos estivessem cobertos por redes, telas, protetores, mas não havia nada disso. Apesar desse problema, no geral foi uma boa estadia e eventualmente voltaríamos.

Quarto agradável, só faltou uma cafeteira!!! Hehhe

Minha experiência no hotel foi com pontos altos excepcionais e uma falha significativa. Pontos Fortes (Excelentes): · Quarto: Espaçoso, bem organizado e com uma cama extremamente confortável, garantindo noites de sono perfeitas. · Café da Manhã: Simplesmente incrível. Variedade, qualidade e apresentação impecáveis. Um verdadeiro destaque positivo. · Localização: Muito boa, próxima a pontos de interesse e com fácil acesso. · Área Comum: Ampla, bem cuidada e com uma vista ótima. Um espaço convidativo para relaxar. Ponto Crítico a Melhorar (Atendimento): · Recepção: Infelizmente, não supriu nossas necessidades. O atendimento foi burocrático e pouco proativo, sem a disposição esperada para ajudar e solucionar questões simples. Este foi o grande ponto negativo da estadia. Conclusão: O hotel tem uma base física e de serviços excelente (quarto, café, área comum), mas falha no acolhimento e na eficiência da sua recepção. Recomendo com ressalvas: ideal para quem prioriza conforto físico e não antecipa precisar de suporte personalizado da equipe.
