Bathroom facilities in the rooms are minimal. Once, the staff forgot to clean the room even though they had reminded the cleaning staff. There's no breakfast. There's no restaurant or cafe for just coffee. The lobby is cramped, and the waiting area is minimal. The location is close to Jalan Satrio, within walking distance of Kuningan, Ambassador, and Avenue malls, and RM Sederhana, a Padang food restaurant. Room rates for these facilities are reasonable, but the price can be increased if you want more.

The bath towels were very large, but there were no separate hair towels. Overall, it was good value for money. It was convenient to go for a walk in the old town at night.

The reception staff were very friendly.

Some of the female staff are rude to customers, and some of the security guards are the same, yelling at customers.

location wise is fabulous, very close to the center of phuketown and walking night market, but very far from 711 or any convenience store. room is basic but comfy enough to sleep. bathroom is okay, got hot water and basic amenities provided. ac is working fine, tv has a lot channel, water bottles provided, has refrigerator also. view from the room is also basic city-view, nothing special. room is also quite (cant hear any footstep in the hall or stuff) which is good. the ceiling is kinda low make the room feel a bit cramp. breakfast is kinda basic but still enjoyable. lastly, hotel staff have a quite good english speaking (which is excellent), provided information is clear, helpful also. overall, want to stay near center of phuketown? this is the place.

Friendly staff near the Old Town

Quiet, clean, and peaceful, located in the city near restaurants and close to Phuket town. Delicious breakfast. Service was quite good. The hotel is relatively calm; the atmosphere is not scary or eerie.

I highly recommend this hotel for those of you who are traveling to Phuket and want to stay in the old town area, the location of this hotel is very strategic, close to souvenir shopping, close to culinary tourism, close to several shopping centers, in front of the hotel there is a motorbike and car rental place, the road in front of the hotel is quite wide, often passed by vehicles but not noisy so it does not disturb the comfort when sleeping at night, the reception service at this hotel is very satisfying, their English is quite good, this hotel is also very large, the rooms are very many, there are several elevators in this hotel so you don't need to worry about having to queue for the elevator for a long time, I stayed for 5 days 4 nights in room 608, the room is spacious, the bed is big and soft, the view is beautiful city view, the AC is very cold and not noisy, clean towels are changed every day, the room is cleaned every day, drinking water, tea and coffee are refilled every day, the bathroom is spacious and clean, this hotel also has a swimming pool, although the swimming pool is small, but it is very fun and aesthetic for photos, because not many people swim so it feels comfortable even though the swimming pool is small, that's my review, greetings from Indonesia people

Stay at Pearl Hotel Phuket in the old town of Phuket. The location is central, easy to walk to the market, walking street and cafes. The room is spacious, clean and modern with a sofa corner, refrigerator, mini bar and bathroom with complete amenities. Overall good service, staff are willing to help. The facilities include a small swimming pool in the middle of the garden, relaxing atmosphere and there are restaurants/bars in the hotel and rooftop to choose from. Breakfast is buffet style with a moderate menu. It is worth the price starting at around 800-1,200 baht per night. If you are not on a high budget, Pearl is an interesting option.

The room is clean and the staff is good. The food is not very tasty or has a lot of variety. However, the hotel is near tourist attractions, so you can walk around.

Looks like an old hotel renovated to be good and new. Lobby is very nice and pretty with aquariums and drive-through lane which make an easy pick-up/drop-off. But room is decent. Worth the price. Location, less than 1km/ walkable to phuket old town (crowd center and michelin star restaurants). Across the street there's one of the best restaurant in phuket, 1000009 restaurant, must try!

Staying in room 314, the sound of people below talking Laughing loudly until 3 a.m. before going to sleep, the room doesn't keep sound at all. The bed can move. Bed wheels do not lock Going up to sleep, the bed flows when we move. Old hotel renovated Not suitable for the price

I have an amazing time here, the hotel is way more beautiful & fancier than in the pictures. I didn't expect much at first but it's super nice and the staffs are really helpful with my requests! And the price is just unreal w the service you receive, plus it's literally in the heart of Phuket Old Town so very convinient! Definitely gonna stay here again when I'm back in Phuket 🌹
