Great location near the beach and decent pool temperature, with convenient parking included. However, the hotel is very dated (1980s feel), and both breakfast and dinner are of low, industrial quality. Breakfast starting at 8:00 AM is also too late. Not expensive, so you get what you pay for.

As a lower end hotel it was partly as expected but rooms were very small, cramped and there were hairs in the bathroom. We were not informed of check out time and as we left early our unpaid bar bill caused problems. The redeeming feature was actually the bar maid. She was helpful and friendly, while the other staff were rather miserable.

Hotel is a little 'tired' looking. Everywhere was clean but fixtures and fittings are old and rooms need decorating. The room balcony was a good size but had standing water in the water guttering. Staff were very friendly; breakfast had a good selection of food and the breakfast room was very clean.

The staff were helpful but the room was very small and there was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. Breakfast was adequate but we were unable to get a coffee at 10.00pm. Our impression was that the hotel guest areas and bedrooms were in need of refurbishment and updating.

Located in a very nice and quiet area. Beautiful views. Hotel staff very friendly and happy to help. Room was comfortable, nice clean and warm. Would definitely recommend

This was a business trip for 3 nights. On arrival at 9pm the reception was closed and a note said that bar staff could check me in, however there were no staff in the bar. Eventually I found a member of staff and was checked in. My rooom was small, tired, grubby and smelled. Room facilities were very basic (no tea/coffee or toiletries). The room was very warm and couldn’t be cooled down. I had the window open all day and night, but with heavy smokers on the balcony below, it soon filled up with smoke - not nice. The restaurant and breakfast was ok. The general decor felt like it had not been updated since the 1990s. Everything looked worn and tired. It is in need of a refresh. The location is excellent. The room rates are too high for the standard of room and facilities.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Immediately after booking they were quick to respond to correcting a booking mistake from my end. The staff was also friendly and helpful from the arrival till departure. For instance, we could use the shower facilities from the fitness area after checkout and a last visit to the beach. We had a family room. It was a spacious room with sufficient place for our 5 member family. The room did not have airconditioning however, and it was therefore very hot on a hot summer day. Opening the windows was met with cheers from the local mosquito population. Insect screens would have been of help. On the second day the staff provided a table top ventilator, which was also appreciated.

Felt this hotel offered excellent value. It's convenient location to Bruges by car was important; however, it was located conveniently outside of town. Beach areas were very interesting to compare to other areas previously visited. Room were small, but clean. Restaurant service and food was excellent. Nice stay

When we found the hotel we were a bit disappointed as we expected to look out and see the beach/sea when sitting on balcony, but all we had was a large bank in front of us across the road all the way along the beach,for miles, presumably a sea breaker. How ever, the hotel was good, food good, rooms ( comfy room) was quite small, not too good for long stay as we only had 2 nights and we were there early November so in the peak season maybe ok as you spend most of the time out. there was nothing immediately at hand i.e towns,shops, e.c.t. without a lot of distant traveling,and being o,a,ps,

I had a great time staying here for two nights. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We dinned in the restaurant three times and the food was delicious! This is a great place to stay if you want to relax near the beach and get away from the city for a bit.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Empfabg war ok. Das Zimmer ist klein und hat nur ein kleines Fenster zum Lüften. Es liegt zur Südseite. Im Hotel darf nicht geraucht werden. In der unteren Etagen stehen die Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse. Hat man oben das Fenster geöffnet sieht der Geruch ins Zimmer. Die Dusche, ebenerdige Dusche Fehlanzeige, ist in der Badewanne und die bewegliche Duschabtrennung viel fast von der Badewanne. Im gesamten Bad waren mehrere Bohrlöcher zu sehen, die nicht professionell geschlossen wurden. Der Türgriff und das Schloss im Bad sind rostig. Die Schranktür im Zimmer war kaum zu bewegen. Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl sehr übersichtlich. Der Tisch war mit einem Tischset mit der Reklame von Fletcher Hotels eingedeckt. Besteck und Serviette musste man sich selber holen. Am Samstag wurden Tische in 40 Minuten nicht abgeräumt.

Das erste Zimmer war sehr klein und schmutzig. Wir wurden auf ein größeres ordentliches Zimmer umgebucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig.

If the breakfast and location weren't good, this would have been a failed weekend. Old hotel in need of repair and the cleaning of the room was atrocious with a condom wrapper under the bed and the top of the mirror hasn't been dusted in months. People with dogs that barked late into the night. Last time with Fletcher.

Es war ordentlich, nützlich und Zufahrtswege ok.

Hôtel vraiment sympa, calme, lit très confortable, et même un grand balcon !!! Très beau bar au RDC 😍, piscine, restaurant et petits déjeuners Ok 👍

Solides Hotel mit 80er Jahre Charme. Super Lage direkt hinter der Düne.

Tolle Hotellage; freundliches Personal; gutes Frühstück. Leider sind alle Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten besonders viel Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Das obligatorische Dünenbild über dem Bett fehlte, dafür war die Tapete stark verschmutzt. Die Matratze von den Betten war durchgelegen. Einige andere Zimmer waren in einem besseren Zustand. Eigentlich unverständlich, da man mit wenig Farbe die Zimmer ohne großen Aufwand verbessern könnte.

Propere kamer wel aan renovatie toe. Ontbijt lekker, goed verzorgd, wordt voldoende aangevuld. Bij het uitchecken nog wel een discussie gehad over het al dan niet nog op de parking mogen blijven staan. Vondt het niet correct dat we geen gebruik meer van mochten maken. En de manier waarop dit werdt meegedeeld was helemaal niet oké.
