The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Check in was easy. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Overall a very pleasant stay!

I had an absolute fabulous time, and the young man on night shift call Henry who could speak English was so helpful as I flew into Madrid and and had to get two trains and Taxis to get to my hotel and I was so worried about getting back to Madrid I ask the receptios Henry who could speak very good English who told me I had to go to camp Taragona to get the fast train to Madrid he was very helpful pointing me in the right direction thank you very much and I will be coming back to the hotel very soon as the food and accommodation was beautiful thank you Caroline jenkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleasant hotel, very clean with friendly, respectful staff. Rooms are very basic with extremely hard mattresses. There are no extras in the room, such as coffee/tea making facilities, and no iron or ironing board in any of the rooms. Air conditioning worked, but certainly wasn't cold or powerful enough.

Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day and during evenings poolside with decent priced bar. Decent lifts in hotel, totally accessible throughout. Seperate area for charging and storing mobility scooters Breakfast served between 8-10am, large selection to eat but hot food was just warm. Bus stop immediately outside hotel which takes you to Salou, Cambrils, Reus and Barcelona Airport. Great location hotel with eateries within 2 mins, shops and bars 5 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk. Hotel good for couples and/or families Would definitely return to the hotel if visiting again and would definitely recommend

Really nice stay. Clean and modern hotel. Dining is a really large buffet for each breakfast, dinner, lunch. Pool is cold and not that big but ideal for a dip. Will visit again

Great location but felt calm compared to the area it was in so a lovely place to come back to and relax.

Rooms modern and clean. Had everything we needed and some complimentary drinks in the fridge. Breakfast has a good selection of foods available. Pool is small but nice. Not enough sunbeds though. Didnt eat lunch or dinner in the hotel. Great location, close to a supermarket and bars. 10 minute walk to the beach

Hotel Review This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I would even call it a motel! It doesn't deserve any stars at all. My family and I were supposed to stay for two days, but we barely managed to endure one night. We were in a desperate situation and needed to sleep after a long flight. The room was small and in dire need of renovation. The towels had yellow stains, and when we asked for replacements, we were given slightly cleaner ones. The toilet and bathtub were also stained, and there were hairs on the walls from previous guests. We initially thought the pillows on the beds were decorative, but the reception explained that the thin, long pillows were standard. The mattress was extremely hard. The water in the pool looked cloudy, so we didn't feel like swimming in it. After reading reviews from past guests about food poisoning, we decided not to try the hotel's food. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the staff, who were very responsive and friendly.

Our room was not really clean correctly, hairs was still left in the shower tray when we book in, one day when we got back from a trip our door was not locked, the cleaner did not lock it after cleaning...the room was really basic with outdated furniture, air conditioner works great, but room was tiny for 3 people.. We did not go in the swimming pool has it can be crowded very quitly because of its size. Staff was pleaseant and helpful, i did left some tips for the restaurant staff as they seem to work very hard..foods were average while the foods choice was acceptable..will i come back there?..No.

The food was desapointing ! Not worthy of a 4 star hotel ! No much deversity in the menu and most of the time the bffet food was at best luke warm on the dispay ! Worse was the grill for breakfast and diner.Staff not trained properly and hyginic ! When doing an omelette the person behind the grill didn't use a spoon to put the ingredients although the spoons were in the bowl ! The person after touching dirty wiping cloth went on picking up ingredient with her hand ( with gloves ) !On one instance the glove droped fron the trolley but that gloveswas picked up and used insteed of being binned and changed for a clean one !! Fish at grilled was not cooked properly ! This hotel needs to improve on its menu and training staff working behind the grill in terms of hygine and professionalism ! Swimming pool was small for a 4 star and no gym ! This hotel derseves at best a 3 and half star.

Didn’t like the fact that the air con in the room is set at a high temperature and the hotel will not let you adjust it so it just blows hot air.

took 4 days in to a 7 day stay for the air conditioning to be working after s many attempts to resolve. left numerous messages for the manager to speak with him/her - nothing. The masses of rude, ignorant Russians was not the low point
