The hotel was lovely from the outside and very safe, with security on the door. Reception were very helpful and breakfast was lovely. The room was good but the bathroom had a bad smell a the sink was blocked and so would not drain.

The hotel was nice. Service was good and breakfast was great. A little frustrated there was no coffee maker in the room. A little frustrated that we couldn't use our free coconut water pass at the pool and only downstairs in the lobby. A little frustrated that they weren't a couple of bottled waters in the room. Perhaps these are amenities that us Americans have become accustomed to. In my line and thinking though, you don't charge people for water at the pool. Water is essential and there should be something provided that people can get plastic cups off to stay hydrated. I don't know though, good hotel and a nice day.

The fact that we were asked to pay for Parkinn immediately and not after we check out, was not right. This hotel uses 3rd parties for the parking, the restaurants. The hotel Manager was very disrespectful with myself and my wife. We will never step foot on this property ever again. They ruined my vacation

Hotel Praiano has a truly unique staff — helpful and happy at every turn (thank you, Ryan, Sergio, and Pedro!). The Sia Restaurant was outstanding, with a beautiful view, attentive servers, and delicious food. The oceanfront ice cream parlor was a wonderful bonus, too. We also appreciated the kindness of the staff stationed at the main entrance. This hotel truly has a happy, healthy atmosphere.

The hotel is perfectly located, on the beach and close to the local markets. The property is in good shape, room was clean and had a spacious shower and bathtub. The rooftop swimming pool was nice and had a view of the shoreline. Breakfast buffet had good options. Food ordered from room service was very good and so was the SIA restaurant. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Everything was literally perfect. All of the staff were incredible. I would 100% return! Breakfast was solid, but the real stars for food are both restaurant options. Excellent options(but make sure you make a reservation for SIA asap!).

I do a lot of traveling and I love to stay in Brazil. I have spent many nights in Fortaleza the last five years. The Priano is the best hotel I have experienced in Brazil. The location is perfect--literally a 25 yard walk across the street and you have access to miles of white sand and turquoise water. My sea-view room was gorgeous. The staff could not have been more solicitous or pleasant. The pool setting was beyond words. A rooftop pool where you feel literally like you are swimming in the sky. The food was exceptionally high quality at their restaurant. I had some of the best meals there---filet mignon, delicious shrimp, and regional cuisine. Gostoso! I recommend the Priano without hesitation.

Experiência muito boa, mas pode melhorar na sustentabilidade Minha estadia no Hotel Praiano em Fortaleza foi muito positiva. O atendimento é excelente, com uma equipe muito educada e atenciosa que faz a gente se sentir bem-vindo desde a chegada. Além disso, o café da manhã é incrível, com muitas opções e tudo de muita qualidade. Outro ponto que vale destacar é a vista do quarto, que é realmente muito bonita e valoriza muito a experiência de estar na cidade. No entanto, notei alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhores. Fiquei hospedado no 7º andar e senti falta de uma máquina de café no quarto, pois descobri que essa comodidade só está disponível se você fizer um upgrade para o 11º andar. Mas o que mais me chamou a atenção negativamente foi a falta de sustentabilidade: os copos do quarto eram de plástico descartável e os mexedores de café também. Em um hotel desse nível 4/5 estrelas, não faz sentido usar tanto plástico que só polui o meio ambiente; copos de vidro seriam muito mais adequados e ecológicos. No geral, eu recomendo o hotel e possivelmente voltarei, mas espero que na próxima estadia o hotel já tenha adotado práticas mais sustentáveis e reduzido o uso de plásticos descartáveis.

Bathroom has mold, especially in the shower box. Curtains stained. Blackout curtains could be better. Pillows are hard and very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel located on berra mar, would probably say the best once on Berra Mar I’ve stayed in. Likes - Nice room good breakfast and great views from the pool located on the top floor. Dislikes - only 9am to 7pm to access the pool and roof top bar, it’s quite a small area so not that much and could not contain all its guests
