Pool not available on the day of the booking . Very noisy due to a booked wedding Spent the day at a local pub Guest and wedding venue not a good idea

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, had a funny smell when we arrived, wasn't quite so noticeable when you'd been in there a while but we could smell it each time we went in again, couldn't find the source of it though. Breakfast was lovely, great selection, food was very nice, husband e joyed the full English cooked breakfast. Would have been nice to have a little more selection for cooked meals in the evening.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Great value for money, with excellent facilities. We especially loved the outdoor space and the swimming pool, which were perfect for relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay this weekend. The cooked breakfast was lovely! Staff very friendly. I liked the trolley available to help ourselves to top ups of towels, water and extra tea and coffee supplies. Quiet location. Bed was a little creaky, but comfortable, on ground level which was nice too. Bathroom grouting could do with a little de-moulding, and shower heads could be a little higher. Also plug sockets by the bed would also be more helpful. But overall, i cant complain and would stay again!

We were visiting Sprowston for cricket and needed a hotel nearby. We didn’t want to stay too close to the airport. This hotel was ideal. There’s a good size car park. We arrived fairly late, but well before the 9pm cut off point. Reception was empty, but we found a lovely lady to check us in and after being shown to our room, we were able to choose food from the bar menu. The choice was fairly limited, but our lasagne was good. Our room was a large, clean and well appointed and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was great: plenty of cereal choices, various options in the coffe machine and full English hot with quality ingredients.

Internet was ok. Free breakfast was good. The bed and pillows were not too comfortable. Free parking was good. Room was clean though there was a stale smell in the bathroom.

This was probably the most comfortable nights sleep I ever had in a hotel. The bed and pillow combo was perfect. What a lovely warm, welcoming place too!

Nice venue, a little dated perhaps but it was clean spacious and warm. I cannot fault the staff they were welcoming friendly and attentive. The restaurant was only serving a bar menu which was a little basic but it was tasty hot, hot and good value for money.the venue is very reasonably priced and you get what you pay for, I would happily stay there again. Unfortunately the bar closed at 8pm, but there is a pub within walking distance if you’re willing to risk the dark country road to get to it.

Great stay, toilet needs a bit of an update but otherwise a lovely place to stay at.

Easy check in , friendly staff, easy free parking, nice big room with comfortable clean bed, nice hot shower, breakfast good, Bit of noise from road and airport but that settled down , very good value

Hotel okay, a little outdated but staff friendly enough. Breakfast not necessarily as described (mushrooms weren't sautéed, for example).

Breakfast was lovely and served up quickly. Room was clean and warm. Would stay there again

The hotel is very conveniently situated for visits to Norwich City, Wroxham and the Broads and the beautiful coast line. I chose this

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was great, so was the bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast excellent. My only negative was that I would like to have eaten in the evening but the menu was very limited.
