The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was so friendly and kind.

We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast. During our tour we have stayed at a lot of hotels, many more modern and more expensive than this, but this was our favourite. We will be back again and bringing friends for a simple, comfortable stay with amazing views under the mountain!

Great location but dated facilities. Staff was very helpful and the other major complaint was the Wi-Fi, which is subpar. Overall excellent location and a nice hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st-century a bit with better amenities.

Wonderful experience. The best resteraunt in town is in the hotel, although the spa was a little less than expected, the overall experience was wonderful. The ski bus stops close by, and the parking is exceptionally convincent. Great place for a weekend getaway.

Only stayed two nights with breakfast. Room was great as was the hotel and staff. You won't be disappointed with this choice of hotel. Enjoy....

È la seconda volta che alloggio in questo hotel. Facile da raggiungere e comodo per girare in centro anche senza auto. Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione ottima e con molta scelta, dal salato al dolce. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Meget fornøyd med oppholdet. Stort hotel men samtidig veldig god service. Fikk gode råd til tur i fjellet av eieren selv. Parkering og beliggenhet helt topp.

Un hotel con i suoi anni ben tenuto. Gentile il personale al ricevimento e le ragazze al servizio colazioni così come le cameriere ai piani.

Hotel situato in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro e con un comodo parcheggio. Ottima e abbondante la colazione e bella e attrezzata la Spa. Unica nota negativa, nel complesso è un po' trascurato, cosa che per un grand hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbe essere ammesso!!!

Struttura storica nel pieno centro di San Martino di Castrozza. Personale sia alla reception che a colazione molto professionale e gentile.Colazione ricca.Camera spaziosa e pulita con balcone e vista sulle montagne.

Fantastiske dage i Dolomitterne. Dejligt rummeligt familieværelse med dobbeltseng og to separate enkeltsenge til teenagerne. Morgenmaden og servicen i restauranten på hotellet var i særklasse i forhold øvrige hoteller i samme prisklasse.
