Great service

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was near to everything.

This "four star" resort really felt more like a 2-3 star budget hotel. To charge/ require cash deposits for the most basic things, like towels and robes, is not a 4 star experience. To provide the room with a tea kettle, but not even mugs or tea bags is not a 4 star experience. We called asked for mugs and were told tea is an extra charge. You do Know how cheap it is to buy tea bags, right? only a budget, 2 star hotel would do something like that. Also, there are never enough sun beds at the pool. Going to the pool with nowhere to relax is not a four star experience. Breakfast was not very good, yogurt ended up being my go to because everything else was disappointing. The rooms are tiny. I would not stay here again.

Food good ,Rooms clean very disappointed even though clear signs about not doing so still towels reserving sunbeds & nothing done . Barking dogs and flight path would potentially put me off re visit but obviously nothing hotel can do about that .

Very good Breakfast, the pool was difficult to get a bed to sunbathe first thing in morning there were towels in all the beds and no one in, the bed sheets didn’t get changed the all week , and the noise from the planes was just too much.

Great location next to bay and beach! Also really close to airport!

Excellent location close to all amenities and coastal walk to Palma. Breakfast very high quality with wide range of choice and preferences. Easy access to airport on public transport. Due to hotel location, the flight path might not be for everyone. Highly recommended!

Bedrooms are a bit on the small side but the rest of the hotel is top class. Fabulous spa wth indoor and outdoor pools of various temperatures. Breakfast was very good too.

A really nice hotel very clean and faultless in all areas. Spa is a must do if you can. Traveled as a couple in late April so wasn’t very busy plenty of space around the pool and a nice chilled vibe with the music. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor and we had a lovely day bed to lounge on while on the balcony. I am not a breakfast person but ventured in one of the days there looked to be a good selection of hot and cold foods available. The lunch time snack bar had a small choice and everything was ok. The area has plenty of places to eat so we ventured out everyday so can’t comment on the evening meals.We will definitely return again

this is a must visit attraction the staff are fantastic and the facilities are exceptional. Breakfast is exquisite. The room is pristine and the beach views are incredibly.
