We had a good time here, there are a couple of things that could be easily improved. For example, some days the room was cleaned super early and really well, and other days it was barely done and done very late in the day. If you’re even a little particular about toiletries please bring your own. It’s also good to know there is a small supermarket very nearby as you can buy your own (it isn’t replenished after the first night and the bar only sells small glass bottles). We also think that maybe the pools are a little small for the numbers staying. It was very hard to get a lounger as everyone reserved before breakfast even if they didn’t come down until much later in the day. The team are really good, and generally very busy but getting on with it. Check in could be streamlined with some better documentation.

Amazing service, a lovely clean room and a comfy bed. 10min drive from the airport and a few minute stroll away from the nicest beach. Only stayed one night, check out was at 11am however as my flight home was at 6:30pm they allowed me to use the hotels facilities and showers for the day and called me a taxi when i requested (there is also a very nice pool with a swim up bar!) :)

Hotel check-in process easy. Staff acknowledged us as Expedia members, however, no wine bottle in room. The room was clean and roomy enough for our luggage and things. The breakfast option for the week was a good choice. Buffet and breakfast varies were perfect. Amenities were good, but do not like that there is no control over people reserving lounge chairs and then literally leaving for several hours. The beach was clean and easy access to it. Overall, I would stay at the property again. Beautiful weather all week.

Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Staff were great, food was really nice and the overall stay was just what we needed. We'd definitely stay here again, just longer next time.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Service was ok…they offer pillow service and I requested a pillow twice at reception but never did get it.

Disappointing stay and certainly not a 4* experience! Wouldn’t stay again. Visited for a 4 night break in the sun. Arrived at 1am looking forward to a good nights sleep. Instead we found ourselves given a very basic room designed for disabled access with very smelly drains, no balcony despite having confirmation that we had a balcony room and very annoying clicking noise coming from somewhere. We couldn’t be relocated that night as no other rooms were available. However, promised an upgraded room with sea view the following day. When getting our room, we were disappointed with the ‘upgrade’. Balcony was overlooking a house and you’d do well to see the sea! Water switches between hot/cold, sliding wardrobes don’t slide, etc. We couldn’t be bothered to change rooms again particularly as other guests were telling similar stories. No conditioner in room. Safe chargeable at €4.50 per day!! Plus you need to leave deposit for towels and pay extra to get fresh towels. Breakfast service was slow … spent more time waiting for omelettes and pancakes than eating them. Whilst staff were friendly, not enough staff cooking. Evening meal was average but we opted to only eat in hotel once. Resort fairly quiet (excluding the regular planes flying overhead). We knew hotel was close to airport so as expected. A couple of nice bars and restaurants nearby but not great area. Bus access cheap and convenient into Palma. Hotel was fine for base but would look elsewhere next time.

Love this hotel. Third visit for us. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and the entertainment was great too. We will be back.

Nice hotel and good service

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. The food being made fresh in front of you was a great touch. My only negative was the shower was constantly going hot/cold and you had to pay to use the safe in the room

The staff were commited to really make you feel welcome. The facillities were excellent. There was aircraft noise as it is close to the airport, however after a period of time you tended to ignore it.

This hotel exceed expectations. The staff were lovely, the spa facilities were very nice, and the food was excellent. I wish the hot pool was a bit hotter; however the steam room made up for it as it was incredibly hot.

There was a long wait checking in but otherwise the hotel, location and facilities were great! Would recommend

Ideal location for Can Pastilla and the airport. Palma about a 30 minute bus ride. Hotel staff very welcoming helpful, and friendly. Will definitely stay again. Added extra, offered, drinks and snacks when arriving for early or late check during the night. Pool area, gym and sauna lovely for a relaxing stay. Restaurant buffet spotless and lovely staff. Only negative was lack of choice of vegan options especially desserts. Favourite was the vegan paella.

The rooms are very spacious, the food is great and they mix it up everyday, plenty of variety for everyone, the rooms have air conditioning and fridge, the staff are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Very close to the airport and only 25 minutes to Palma, great transport connections - would 100% recommend
