Hôtel agradável para uma estadia de última hora e uma ótima opção para quem deseja ficar perto do aeroporto de Guarulhos (15/20 minutos de carro). Quanto aos quartos, custo benefício ok, não esperar uma limpeza impecável porém, encontrei um quarto super organizado e confortável. Um detalhe somente ao barulho que vem da rua e tbm dos aviões que passam a casa 5 minutos. O café da manhã é MARAVILHOSO! Muitas opções, variedades de frutas, iogurtes e pães.

Cama minuscula, fiz.uma reserva p 3 pesssoas sendo 1 bebê e me.deixaram numa.cama de casal.comum, sem cama adicional, sem.berço nada. Tive que implorar p moça me emprestar um prato e talheres p minha bebê comer um lanchinho no quarto. Eo pior: ENTRARAM NO MEU QUARTO SEM AUTORIZAÇÃO. Foi um susto, estavamos dormindo quando do nada emtra uma pessoa no quarto, disseram qie eta manutenção. Olha terrivel, nunca mais volto, nem indico.

Localização excelente, perto de shopping, restaurantes, bares, drogaria, etc. Pessoal altamente qualificado no atendimento e cortesia. Limpeza impecável dos quartos e demais instalações. Café da manhã farto. Mas a cama era muito baixa e o colchão muito macio.

Our stay was fine. I would like to point out that it is close to the airport, and the receptionist helped us get a breakfast box because our flight left at 5am. When we went to the desk they had our breakfast, and the parking lot was ok. It is not a new hotel.

Fomos para um campeonato de dança de salão no teatro Adamastor, bem próximo ao local. E nossa estadia foi muito boa, principalmente o café da manhã.

Hotel confortavel, muito bom café da manhã iniciando às 6 hs. NÃO tem transfer do/para o aeroporto, que foi o motivo da escolha desse hotel.

Was not a 3.5 star rating at all. At best 2 Star. Advantage is supermarket across the road

No adapter for outlets!l, that was inconvenient! But the staff tried to help even then!

It took the shuttle almost 1 hour to pick us up at the airport. We had to call the hotel twice. Ot was past midnight when we finally got to the hotel. As soon as we laid down on the bed, we saw a hole, the size of a coin, in the bedsheets. We immediately called the front desk saying what we saw and adding we didn't want to switch rooms because it was 1 in the morning and we were very tired. However, we expected them to send us some new sheets. We wished... What about the whereabouts? Saturday night is a really bad night to stay there because there is a bar/dance club which was really loud and we had a hard time trying to relax after over 24 hours of flying. Quite disappointing!

Bom custo beneficio, principalmente por ter transporte de hora em hora para o aeroporto. Próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos. Limpeza e conforto deixaram um pouco a desejar.

Very good location, walk to the park and lots of restaurants in the area, supermarket and rent a car right in front.The room needs some updates but is okay, very clean, people in the restaurant are very polite, clean and helpful.

The shuttle is very convenient and the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very nice as well.
