Payed for a king size suite, they gave us one that smelt like someone pooped the bed. When they changed us to another room we were told we were being upgraded. In reality they downgraded us to a queen size with bad pillows, but overall it's a good hotel with good breakfast

By far worst experience at a Wyndham. The room was ok dated but passable. The room 218 has a toilet they rigged so you have to jiggle the handle or it wont stop flushing. Now what made me soo upset was the day I was doin my checkout im inform that my friend stole a piece of paper that was an ornament on a door. Which was later confirm it was placed back but wat upset me the me the most the big deal they made over a piece of paper calling us thieves. I for one will not recommend nor stay at this location. I expect Wyndham to act accordingly and do better!!

I got a room with broken toilet, running wqter the whole night. The AC barely working.

I use this hotel chain every time travel to Peru. This was my first time in Piura. Hotel very clean the guy at the front desk wasn’t too friendly. Bar and restaurant closed early. Very slow every time we ordered a drink

I purchase one 2-night stay and later on added another stay for my sister thru Expedia and was told I did not have to pay taxes on the 2-night but I had to pay taxes on the 1-night even though I stated that I was a USA cotizen and show my passport
