Lovely boutique hotel stay. Charming, quaint, helpful and friendly staff, great location in a quiet neighbourhood right by the beautiful Tête d’Or park. Great value, very reasonably priced, especially considering the perks and quality of the stay. Room is small but quaint, with everything you need. Clean. Lovely lobby setup. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast provided. Can’t recommend enough.

Very small room with little space in bathroom or around bed. Comfortable bed. Tiny elevator. Good breakfast. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby, . On bus line.

Superb location - and staff so accommodating

Quaint but newly renovated boutique hotel

The room and bathroom were quite small. On the plus side, it had air conditioning (not always a given in Europe) and and elevator. You had to drop off the room key at the reception every time you left the hotel, which was a minor inconvenience. The staff were really nice and helpful, and available 24/7. Hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop and a short walk to a great park. It's an easy walk to the convention center and the main train station.

Great experience, friendly staff, clean and quiet room

It was a friendly clean hotel located near city center and subway station. Just it has better to have refrigerator and phone inside the rooms.

Good location, good sound insulation from the street but several disappointments. The room was freezing cold when we arrived. It eventually got warm but the bathroom never did because of poor insulation. There was no soap, no shampoo in the room. No WiFi code either. Had to walk down several times to the front desk where the lady seemed to consider normal that we had to beg for minimal service. No apology whatsoever. The WiFi broke down several times. Oh and yes the price is as big as the room is tiny. We definitely do not recommend.

The staff was friendly and helpful and there was no problems whatsoever pertaining to my stay. The elevator is hilariously small though so you might have to do several goes if you have a lot of luggage.

Overall the hotel was clean and one of the staff members was friendly but it was hit or miss. My room was clean but super tiny, hot, and loud. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, you’re better off going out. If you want a clean place to sleep a night, this hotel is fine.

We just stayed one night here but the location we found really convenient (10 min walk to Paul Bocuse Les Halles and to our restaurant L'Est). We Parked at Brotteaux car park which is just by the restaurant L'Est.

Pleasing staff, but no hot water in the shower along with no toothpaste... For the price of a single room, I was expecting at least hot water and toothpaste? Disappointing point. But the rest was correct. The toilet bowl is very low and not really comfortable...

I stayed in a very simple but convenient room. All staff was very helpful and pleasant, and there is a nice seating area upon arrival. The hotel is central with some options around in the area. Would definitely recommend for someone for whom the location is convenient and doesn't plan to stay in the room the whole day. Breakfast was quite good for the price with croissant, bread, lots of fruit etc. Thank you

Excellent location near restaurants and interesting shops

Family run hotel, very lovely helpful people. I only stayed one night when there was a storm so perhaps it affected the wi-fi which was a nightmare. The signal was dropping every few minutes so I gave up with it. In the morning I received apologies and my breakfast was kindly refunded for the inconvenience, which was a kind gesture. Altogether a very pleasant stay in a very well priced clean hotel,only 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Great quiet location, good restaurants in the vicinity. I had a simple basic room which was perfect for one night. Would definitely stay again as long as the wi-fi issue is fixed.

This is a lovely hotel in a vibrant part of Lyon, close to pretty much everything. The hotel was nice, clean and welcoming. I will definitely go back!

Perfect small hotel located near Centro and rail station. Great restaurants in easy walking distance. Room was interesting but very comfortable for a couple. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. I would revisit anytime.

The hotel is very basic, but clean and well located. A good place to base yourself, but don't expect too much else from the experience.
