The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

The photos look better than the actual rooms. The property is in amazing location. It is central and convenient to get around the city.

Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed hygenic. The hotel is within an easy walk to many of the sites of old town Queretaro. Dining options were abundant. Off street, covered parking with quite a few stalls was available and easy to maneuver in.

Check in very slow . Staff was pleasantly helpful the next day ( morning). hotel conveniently located close to the Centro turístico.

+ Good location 10 minute walk to the centre. Parking and good buffet breakfast. Late check out until 1pm. Good value for money and i would stay here again.
