We did not have a good experience during our stay. When we first arrived, there was no welcome experience or refreshments offered, which made the check-in feel uninviting. In our room, basic amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were missing. The toilet was also not properly cleaned when we arrived, and it remained in poor condition throughout our 5-day stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and our room was sometimes skipped until we contacted the front desk to request cleaning. There was also no phone in the room to contact staff directly. Unfortunately, some of the front desk staff came across as rude, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable at times. It also appeared that management would occasionally ask staff to change music or shows in shared areas to cater to certain groups, which affected the overall environment. On a positive note, the bartenders were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast selection not good. Receptionist rude asf and tried to stick us in wrong room. Our last night there a dog got eaten by a wild animal and its screams echoed so loudly it was disturbing. It wasnt hotel fault but it was so scary and sad i couldn't go back to bed. The views are amazing, the private beach is best ever, food is good. Mixed bag staying here. If you come for the views and privacy this is your place. Hiwever if you want good service and positive vibes this isnt your place.

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had. Don’t get fooled by the pictures they have online. It is nothing close to the description. They price was very high for the service and quality of the hotel. It was dirty and the food was poor. The price for this hotel per night should be $50 and not $285. I got scammed and it was a ripoff. Be carefully friends.

Great staff! We loved the bartender Dillon:) The property could be a little cleaner and the rooms are a little basic. We loved the view and the hotel was nice overall!

The restaurant and pool area was nice. The rooms are very basic. The staff were very friendly and very helpful! Has a little private beach which was nice.

The breakfast menus consisted of two choices. Both were fine for breakfast that was included. The property needs quite a bit of upkeep. The staff were very friendly. They close the gate around 4-5 pm and a security guard needs to open it for you, not a big inconvenience but just something to keep in mind. The hotel shuts down at 9 pm.

Ocean View from my balcony. 5 minute walk downstairs to the beach area. Pool is good. Breakfast is basic but delicious. Room is super spacious as well as restroom. AC is excellent.

Fed rice and beans for breakfast. Was charged for requesting toast. Did not have a choice of how I want my eggs. It was an inconvenience to ask for anything different for breakfasr. Room did not have shampoo. I went to the market to buy shampoo. The pool was filthy. Don't pay extra for the swim out because you won't be able to use the filty, mosquito infested pool most of the time. They have daily passes for locals who are loud, inconsiderate and take over the pool with many screaming children with water pistols. Secure parking is limited and previous reviews complained that their rental car got scratched. Walk down to beach has 100+ steps and is unsafe.
