Overall Excellent Hotel,in Service, Location, amenities everything in particular it’s EXCELLENT, we stay in there every time we go to Guanajuato 100 out of 10

Excellent service

Room was very clean each day during our week stay. Some unexpected nice surprises from the staff. They also surprised my spouse with a birthday balloon, card, and dessert on his birthday.

The room stated view but windows are tinted frosted so no . Room was nice but over priced for the room we picked understandable with event in town .

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were good size and clean.

The place is in a great location and easy to walk around. The room was clean and well-organized. I would recommend it if you want to walk around the historic center and experience the nightlife, too.

This hotel is very nice and quiet. We took an overnight flight so we arrived exhausted, around 6:00 am. We were able to check in early but I thought the cost was pretty high, 50% of 1 night stay.

Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. Excellent location and beautiful hotel right in front of the theater.

Very good hotel in excellent location. Bar above us was loud at 1 am, windows need sound proofing. Was surprised by 500 peso dog charge for our 12 lb service dog

The hotel service was amazing. The staff went out of their way for anything we needed. The room we stayed at (Pilar) was awesome, super clean and fantastic bed. It also had an entry living room and balcony. And the bar on the terrace made great drinks to wrap up our days. Music there was a bit loud though.

Excellent service and quality in every way. First class hotel. you can’t beat the location. Everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
