As a foreigner, if you are looking for something, think twice. This plaza was terribly dirty. Especially washroom which is a necessity. Even when I asked to have clean bathroom and room, it’s just has molds, brown spots. I had to check out right away despite the staff were nice, and they were not how to help. Overall the hotel needs a deep with some renovations, but if you are able to handle an unhygienic place, then fine, as a foreigner, it wasn’t something I could handle. The location is good too.

Bed covers, pillow cover blanket cover all were very dirty there were strains all across. Pillow cover looked like someone have put their dirty shoe on it and hotel staff didn't bother to replace it. When room was shown it had very dim light so you can't identify these cleanliness issues. Overall bad exp

Very Noisy. One cannot even sleep due to flight noise every 30 mins. Hospitality of the staff is pathetic. The person at the reception asked for the money on my check in itself that too more than it was billed for. No Card facility available. They asked to pay only in cash such a lousy hotel. The staff doesn't care for the customers they only care for the money. Room conditions were pathetic. Every single thing was broken even the door nob was broken. Bath room conditions were pathetic, flush nob was broken. Really disappointed by Expedia, you guys have such hotels in your listing.

Hotel staff charged me more than what expedia told me . When i asked why then they told that taxes implied by website are less our taxes have increased now. It was 1am in the morning so i didnt argue much because this is not the problem of that hotel only this thing prevails all over in delhi.

After 20 minutes of calling and looking for the hotel, we showed up to a sketchy run-down building. It looked empty at first glance. However, when we walked in the receptionist came out from the back room. They didn't speak much English and was especially rude. We went up to the room and there was no tissue for the toilet. We were happy to have packed baby wipes. We got settled and figured out what places we wanted to see. We went back down to call a taxi. They charged 1000 rupees for a drop off and 1600 for a drop off and back. None of them spoke much English, so we tried to get the price lowered, but with no such luck. The taxi driver came and they didn't speak any English either. This was our last day in India and we toured multiple cities and villages. Even in the villages the drivers spoke enough English to understand fully what we wanted and where we needed to go. All were also very friendly. The driver didn't want to take us anywhere we asked and even attempted to take us to a different market instead of the one we asked for. We arrived back at the hotel just to get our suitcases and be dropped off at the airport and they charged us extra for the taxi. Needless to say, this was the first time no one received a tip for our whole trip.

The room service was great. The man looking after me was very friendly and helpful. Internet did not work but was out of there control I was disappointment at the end of my stay. Due to being tired the staff gave me 20 rupees change instead of 200 leaving me with not enough for my taxi and with very little in my bank has I was heading home from my visit to India.

The hotel was fine for the price and a reasonable choice for an airport hotel.

When we first check in, the room is too small, so we pay extra to change to a bigger room. Overall it is clean.

Checked in at 1AM. There was water to use the toilet. Woke up at 4am to take a tour to Taj Majal. There was no water in the room. They could not fix it. Their resoultion was to let me bathe in a dirty room. I had no choice. So after little sleep, a three hour drive to and from Agra, and a long walking tour of the sights in Agra, I return to the hotel, pick up the key at the desk with their stating it was fixed. Get to the room, NO WATER. I go back downstairs and they say that they will have another room for me in a few hours, so I should just sit and wait in the lobby. Unbelieveble. They finally moved me, and I asked for a bottle of water. They wouldn't give me one, unless I paid for it. Throughout this, no apologies, no remorse, not an ounce of care. That's what you can expect at Hotel Airport Delhi Link. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

This hotel is a surprise as the road is narrow and dusty. Room is excellent, service is very humble. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but careful since one with the same name exists on the way.

Stayed for one night in January. There was no heat so the room was a bit cool. Hot water was warm but not as warm as I would have liked. Flat screen tv worked fine. Spacious room. Breakfast was brought to the room. For the price I guess it was reasonable and a good value. Might avoid here in the winter months.

I've stayed in this hotel twice now, it's kinda like my pitstop hotel as it is close to Delhi's main airport. Right behind the Radisson blue hotel which you can use as a way marker. Cheap and a great stop if you're suffering from jetlag or you have an early flight in the morning.
