The hotel has a beautiful setting. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. The spa was extensive though many of the facilities were not working.

Everything was great!

One of the best hotels I booked. Excellent and friendly staff. Cozy and clean rooms. Wonderful location with a private beach. The special terrace in each room was wonderful, providing an excellent view on the sea. Great dining options. Had a lovely experience and really like to repeat staying in the near future. Warm thanks to all the wonderful staff members who made this stay unforgettable.

We had a very lovely stay the Turkish bath and spa was very nice great area by the water to sun bath clean rooms. The bedding could have been better. There was just a single waffle weave blanket for the cover. No top sheet or comforter. Great breakfast

A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Kusadasi

I recently stayed at charisma de lux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

Bed was comfortable

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome. The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay. We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!
