Lovely hotel that’s spacious and quiet. Even though it’s not located in city centre, all the essential amenities are close by, including shopping center and convenience stores. It’s quaint, a bit old school - they still use an actual key to open the room door!! Has a few good restaurants including western Japanese, teppanyaki and Spanish. The Japanese restaurant is my favorite. Staff’s English is limited so thank goodness for translation apps. The Esthetic Centre (spa) for women is very good. Pity it closes early at 6pm. Inside the room, the bed is OK. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has great water pressure. The room window actually opens, which is a luxury. I like that supply pajamas. Complimentary espresso and tea are available. But there is no bedside table which is very strange. I enjoyed myself very much.

The Naha Terrace was a beautiful and elegant hotel that was within walking distance of all downtown attractions and public transit stations. The service was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the various restaurants and Club Lounge, and would stay again in the future!

Lovely room with balcony, spotless and well appointed. Great restaurants, friendly staff. Gardens are charming. All in all, a real gem.

Resort-like setting and amenities in the middle of the city. Service was excellent and the rooms had a luxurious touch.

Excellent service from the time we got dropped off at the hotel! Highly recommend for those that want a quieter place while still being close to shopping and restaurants. Extremely clean and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again next time we are back in Okinawa!

Everything was great, exceptional service, very clean, great amenities and a big room.

Lovely old world charm about this hotel. Immpecable service throughout. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served. Pool is large, outdoors and a real treat.
