This hotel was in a convenient location while we were in Milan to visit family for 3 days. We had a lovely spacious room and breakfast every day. Unfortunately there was no available lounge or bar service during our stay.

This a hotel that tries somewhat too hard to be chic. I would not stay there over a summer or any warm month as it appears clear that the aging A/C system is not remotely up to the task. Other residents verified as we experienced that rooms were far above the requested temperatures on their thermostats, ours being at 81F versus being set at 72F. After complaining regarding this a maintenance person came and temperatures dropped to 75F, still well above set point. It was also after a heavy cold downpour so I do not attribute the improvement entirely to the A/C "Fix". This has been a complaint in other prior reviews so it is nothing new. Similarly, the lighting is limited in the room, and things are just two "shades" of quality below what one expects for the pricing. The staff is OK, a mix of good and grim, mostly good to be fair. Basically, it is an OK place for a short stay but only if you need to be in this area, but not during the summer, and not for more than one day or two.

Great base for a Milan visit, close to the Metro, and clean and friendly. I will stay here again. Alex on reception is a fantastic asset to this hotel.

Hotel was perfect for a one night stop / staff was very accomodating and went out of their way to help / breakfast was very good. Area seems a little shady, but that did not diminish overall experience.

The hotel is trendy, very clean and new. Little details that did the difference. Super recommend to anyone A plus is a huge park located 5 min away from the hotel.

Excellent option for business and leisure, Metro is 3 mins walking

I travel to Milan for work often and this is my favorite neighborhood hotel and really close to Linate in cases of those early morning flights. Across the street is a huge supermarket and around the corner your typical places to eat and shop. The staff is always friendly and prompt with service. They nake you feel right at home!

Great small hotel with all the amenities and newly redecorated rooms. Across from a supermarket so great if you need to replenish travel supplies or just need a bite to eat!

Room was too hot when I arrived. Tried to turn it down using the wall controls but they made no sense. After a fruitless 10 minutes I went down to reception (tried calling but didn’t connect) and they told me the temperature could only be changed centrally on their system and I should open the window while they sort it. Not ideal

The most annoying elevator system I have ever seen. Understand that you need your room key to go up to room floors, but needing a room key to go to lobby level causes nothing but troubles.

Very interesting design and layout of the hotel and rooms

This hotel has a great staff who provide friendly service. Parking is free out back and the breakfast is very good. The hotel does not have air conditioning as we know it. Instead, the floors, walls and ceilings are chilled by water from a central control at the front desk. We were hot during our two night stay there. It is a great hotel that has been poorly engineered.

Clean trendy hotel, moderately comfortable, close to the tangential and metro. Cute restaurant, let’s guests park in their staff spots.

Too far from city center and was diaapointed the rooftop restaurant was closed . Richard at concierge had amazing customer service skills

Very trendy, nice breakfast, nice staff convinient for visiting lakes and mountains. Free parking.

An excellent contemporary hotel with easy access into central Milan. The service was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast even for vegetarians like us was extensive and thoroughly enjoyable despite the absence of any sushi dishes as trailled on the website. If I'm being pedantic and really looking to provide feedback on potential improvements, the hotel could incorporate practicality (eg hanging hooks, wardrobes) into their fabulous room designs. Thanks everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and well-supported.

Lovely modern hotel!

Overall it was a pleasant stay! Loved the Zen style of the hotel. Rooms are great size, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was a Plus! Parking free of charge in the vinicity was also a Plus! Reception Staff... hump... was ok but not a plus. Would definetly recomend this hotel despite the reception staff! Only downside was the aircon in one of the rooms that took a long while to cool down and check out at 11am which is earlier than most hotels. When I asked to extend check out time they were not very accomodating and refused and when I mentioned that most hotels check out time are by 12 they were like 12 is the limit, by 12noon they switched the eletricity of the room off which was not cool at all since not all rooms were ocupied and I believe to guarantee my request to 1pm check out was not big deal since many rooms were not occupied as I already mentioned and I had a 10pm international flight. At least They allowed me to keep my luggage until airline pick service picked me up earlier that evening. If their reception staff were well trained about customer satisfaction they would get a 10 rating despite the aircon issue.

The hotel is very clean, well structured, and have very enthusiastic staff.
