Good breakfast but the room very tired especially the bathroom Set menu evening very limited as a La carte not available

I have stayed here at least once a year for nearly 10 years. Great value for money for an overnight stay.Large Lidl with ample parking, located just under two minutes away.

Old place , needs updating but it has fare pricing

Quiet location, 5 minutes drive from town centre. Lidl within 1 minutes walk.

Very happy with our stay here, preferable to our previous night at a nearby very pretentious and overpriced previous Abbey! We’re heading home again now after a week in the languedoc and needed a rest stop on our return journey. Would happily stay again with this hotel.

Liked the big bed, proper bath, tea and coffee provided. Not much character, but comfortable and efficiently run.

The property was ok, basic and small rooms a bit tired with peeling paint on window sill and stains on carpet. You get what you pay for. Ok for a night. Breakfast was ok

Surprised to turn up after a 5 hour drive to discover the hotel reception locked at 15.10. The sign showed reception open from 6 until 22.00 … Otherwise, pretty much what you’d expect for the money - but a nice quiet location.

Overall condition was excellent. But it would have been even better if at least one person spoke or understood English. Or even an English menue.

I have stayed here once or twice a year for the past six years. Every time a great welcome and all you need for an overnight stop. Lidl store just round the corner and great restaurants les than 10 minutes away.

Have stayed before...👍...this time...dirty, room smelled bad, bed light & bath heater didn't work, hot water took a LONG time, no coffee maker...needs some serious TLC!

I would recommend this hotel but the double bed was badly dipped in the middle preventing a good night's sleep. Fix that and it would be a good budget hotel.

I had a lovely stay in Bourges. Everyone was very welcoming at hotel Resto Novo. I had a fantastic omelette in the restaurant and wonderful service. The furnishings and bed were a little dated in my room but everything was very clean.

Basic hotel, poor bed quality, small bathroom and tiny bath.

Very easy location to drive to and conveniently next to a supermarket. For the price I was expecting something much more basic but despite being compact the room was quite nice and clean. The person at the front desk was very friendly (called us to check that we were coming when we were late arriving) and spoke good English so we were able to get good information about tourist destinations in Bourges despite my abysmal French.

Great hotel with everything you would need!!! Definitely would recommend we stayed one night only after flying 14 hours so the blackout curtains were perfect!!
