We really enjoyed the property and people were very helpful, the personnel promptly provided any service needed. Food at the restaurant by the beach was very good, but for the most part we experienced food outside. The hotel was exceptionally well clean, and the cleaning personnel did an amazing job every day they visited our suite. The hotel is very well maintained, it offers a really nice experience given it has heritage of over 40 years of being built. We really enjoyed staying at the Irotama Lago. The only issue we had was at check-in were the front desk processed the transaction in USD at the card device and it resulted in unnecessary additional charges due to currency TRM fees. Just make sure that you are charged in local currency.

Todo es muy bueno en Irotama. La única sugerencia es que el dia del check out si el vuelo es tarde tengan opciones para prestar las toallas de playa y ser mas flexibles

Great location. Food needs improvement

The beach and pool were really nice but for a place like that it felt like it should be all inclusive. I guess I'm used to the Mexican hotels where that's pretty standard. It was a nice relaxing stay though

Great place to stay. I didn expected to be that nice..it really was and clean I stood at the lago. It was very close to the main pool..it was just perfect Cab/uber ride to rodadera it isnt far quick cheap ride l, and to the city of santa marta it isnt far either.. It is a very nice place
