Absolutely on the list of a great place to stay. Exceeded my expectations of a comfortable and safe place to stay The staff I had open check in April 29 was really helpful trying to help me navigate a check in issue. Washer was easy to use except the power went out in the apartment while using it, as well the reception wasnt reachable by my phone, maybe due to an internet issue? The kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay!! These apartments I'd suggest to anyone comimg to Krakow. Transportation was usually easy to get too. There is a taxi rank down the street from Slawkowska. The Tram- Good option if you give yourself enough time to get to the stop you need.

Our particular apartment was located about a 10 minute walk outside of the Old Town park boundary. A tiny bit further than we would have liked, but was a quiet part of the neighborhood. Apartment itself was perfect. Bathroom was amazing and decorated well! A fully equipped Kitchen with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and sink was handy. TV worked great, and there was a safe to use which made but us as ease. WiFi was great but the password was different to the one given to us, but after one quick phone call all was sorted. My only complaint is the mattress, it is pretty much broken and needs replacing. The springs have gone resulting in multiple large dips in the bed.

Stayed in one bed apartment on Tomasza street. Close to Old Town main square. Excellent facilities in room, well stocked kitchenette with everything you needed. Comfy beds. Would happily stay there again

Apartment was really nice had everything needed. Knew that it wasn't at the address where the office is but was an 8minuet walk away which I didn't expect but reception added to Google maps did make it difficult for pre booked trips and stuff though and wasn't pleased have to walk around for with heavy bags after a long day travelling and photos make it look like you have view of the centre you don't. although checking in was fine as during day can imagine this been difficult if it was out of hours. Could have done with restock of towels, coffee etc as there 3 nights but just went and bought bits. Otherwise no complaints had a good spot in the end and managed to navigate and the room was very nice.

The laundry room was accessible but covered in bedding and a spare cot. When we inquired about this at the front desk we were informed it was not part of the offering and we are not allowed to use this. Aside for this, our stay was very enjoyable.

Fantastic location in Old Town Krakow. We had a 2 bedroom beautiful apartment including kitchen and living room, just amazing. It was spotless, we could control the temperature. Staff excellent. Only small negative was no elevator, climbing the stairs was a good work out! LOL Very happy I stayed here, no regrets.

Apartment was very spacious and clean. On an ideal location with own town charm. The receptionist was helpful.

The floors were old and falling apart causing my 2 toddlers to trip over fhem. We wete at the highwst level and no elevators with 2 little kids and strollers. The air vents were filthy which means we were breathing a nasty air in. . Even tho it says parking available it was far away which caused huge issue when elaving for the airport at 3am. Only good thing was the balcony so when kids went to bed we could still sit out like we like to do.

The room was clean and the bathroom had been refurbished. Just a little on the small side for two. It would have suited single occupancy.

On booking I searched for an apartment with a balcony the Classic Apartment which is one of the more expensive rooms with Antique Apartments, had this as a amenity so I booked this room. When we checked in the room did not have a balcony and didn't look anything like the photos. We went the next morning to reception as this a 10 minute walk away from the apartment itself and when we checked in it was very late. In the morning we explained that our room didn't have a balcony and they said we needed to take this up with hotels.com and there is no other rooms available to be swapped. I have spoken to hotels.com who contacted the hotel and they denied that we spoke to them. They said we had told them they could of rectified the issue. However after numerous attempts explaining we did they continue to denie tmhis and state I'm on know ground for a claim. I just asked to be compensated for the lack of balcony as if we had known this was the case I would if booked a cheaper room. The customer service is shocking as I have a legitimate reason and they just continue to make lies rather than just an apology. Their is apparently a shared patio area therefore it's okay however we were not even told the place had a shared patio and if it did it was 2 floors down and the room clearly states balcony/patio not shared patio. Non of the other rooms state patio and if it's shared it would state shared patio. I'm not going to win my case in this however if I can inform others :)

We stayed in a lovely apartment on Studencka just 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It had a huge bathroom, a spacious double bedroom and plenty of room in the open plan lounge/kitchen for the double sofa bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was even a little balcony with nice views.
