Staff not helping, no parking, room not available

The food was awful, room basic, and no coffee, water or anything. Not 4 star.

Third time we have travelled here from England and would recommmend again. Fantastic location.

Poor check in , very slow, unexpected parking charge!!!! No water in room, asked reception, never arrived!!! , check out , only one person on reception on a Saturday morning????

Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good. Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.

Lovely hotel, so close to the beach and boardwalk, will definitely return

The hotel had a great atmosphere and it is pretty. Staff is not well trained and food is bearable. reception: we had a terrible experience. Check-in was delayed. Staff was unfriendly. Didn't give clear instructions for spa and pool area. We kept asking about towels and they didn't have a clear answer. Turns out, you need to rent the towels, but they also did not say where or showed us the towels. We got a welcome drink for each person and when we order it, we had order all four together; it was non-alcoholic welcome drinks only; and there was only one option of drink, which was a mix of sugar syrups. If they are not welcoming drinks, just don't give it to people. spa: Disappointing. It is paid to get in, even though it does not say in hotels.com and it is hidden in their website. It is only for 40m. Towels are not included. Spa was cold, and it is not a cozy spa. main restaurant: Food was ok. You can always find something to eat, but far from good. Low end disney/cruise buffet. pool bar: Food was really good at the bar (paid sandwiches). Service was not so good, but ok. kidsclub: staff is great. timings are ok (could be longer). facilities are nice. pool area: really nice, taken care of It was early May, so not too busy, which was very nice. location: amazing; can walk to the beach, can walk to restaurants (10m for better options), and even to the center (a bit further).

Perfect location, by the beach and not far from restaurants and shops. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic hotel for families. Staff were so attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great location as located by the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

Showers dirty upon arrival, staff were extremely friendly! Room was small and hotel didn't have much going on, overall was ok.

This is a very neat town, good beach. The hotel was comfortable. Checkin was the slowest I have ever experienced and with a coach load of older guests behind us, rather stressful for everyone. Breakfast was only fair but location on the beach and lovely pools. v happy with my room.
