Excellent hotel. This is a place that knows what customer service is. From the front desk staff to the state of the common areas, not to mention the rooms, everything is top notch. The place is very clean and in excellent condition. Even the complimentary breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Getting old and in need of a renovation. The aging pool was cold and the staff admitted that the pool heater wasn’t turned on. The hot tub was really a warm tub. Room in need of an upgrade with old carpet.

Were disappointed that the TV was not working, Staff came up to room to try and fixed , it did start working again then once the channel was change it did not work, Needless to stay we would like some refund back on this, Shawn Mahood Room 221

We had pet room, bed was very small , furniture was not pulled away from walls and lots of dust around edges on carpets. Found coins behind night stands.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Very good value for my money and the continental breakfast offered something for everyone. I would stay here again in a minute.

A great stay here while I worked in Williams Lake. Breakfast was great and the room was clean.

Breakfast was good, well supplied and good choices. Parking was secure. Initial concerns over safety in Williams Lake because of message received as some disruption in downtown, not where we were staying.

This was a good, clean room. Quiet and near a gas station. You are a bit out of town so if you don’t need to be in the centre of things, this is a good location. Easy to get to off the highway
