Hotel very dated and in need of a revamp. Room however had huge balcony looking out over the sea which made everything else seem that bit better.

Plenty of choice for breakfast but the space was cluttered. The furnishings in the rooms were very tired Communication was very hit and miss We had to mop the terrace ourselves. Building work on new restaurant was very noisy and we were not pre warned. Position of property is excellent, close to beach, shops and restaurants

Room was very clean, Reception Staff were brilliant

I've been going to plam beach for many years now and always enjoy my stay there it was first time I went for Christmas the weather was fantastic and the hotel really had a good time

The Palm Beach is in a great central location, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. Great location for the beach as well. However, the rooms and furniture are quite tired and worn, and the whole place would really benefit from a refurb to bring it up to standard. On the positive side, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference to the stay. The food offered a decent and varied selection, though it could have been served a bit warmer at times. Overall, it’s a convenient place to stay with lovely staff and reasonable food, but the accommodation itself could use some updating.

The room was spacious but the walls are very thin, and it is quite dated. They put us (a family with young child) in a room next to a group of young men who were up all night talking loudly and playing music. The aircon unit from the hotel nextdoor is also very loud all day/night. The staff were friendly.

Gave the hotel 5 stars but can see why people give lower. Needs a major renovation. Plug sockets didn't work, tv broke etc but we was never in to nake it a problem.

Hotel was alot more dated than expected, rooms are old style and air conditioning is noisy . But location and amenities are great, would recommend as long as the price is reasonable.

I checked in on line as recommended by the hotel . They still wanted passports ( twice ). €100 deposit which displayed my pin on the card machine ! . Beds were good. Room very basic but did have kettle, cups, wine glasses fridge. Extractor fan by shower shower head was filthy. Spot light outside bedroom ( in corridor ) short non black out blinds. Room was darker during the day than at night !

The room was very dated couldn’t open the patio doors as it was very stiff and very old food was cold for breakfast

This hotel was in a great central location. It is clean although some rooms are dated . Mine included The teams are hard working and very profile. The animation team put in lots of effort . Aarons yoga was amazing . The pool is very clean and has a lifeguard. Buffet breakfast has a wide choice and again great staff as is the shop . The room deposit was a surprise and not yet received back? Nor a reply to my email so not so.good.

Furniture in room unclean. Bed & pillows in comfy poor quality. Shower broke I pin arrival. Patio doors weren’t sure & worn. General appearance was that venue needed uplift. Pool toilets and changing rooms were not good unclean / out of order. Staff were friendly apart from 1 member of reception who was not inviting. Good location.

Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

Hotel looked great when we arrived staff friendly. Then we got in our room smelt nice and clean. Looked over balcony and building site outside. Went to reception and asked about it was told they start around 8am. But dont work weekends . No cleaner called all time we was there was told every 3 days. So no bedding or towels changed . Looked around room and was not happy with it. Spoke to reception and was told they would get someone to sort it out. No one come.

The location is straight on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. There is a shop inside of the building too.

Animation team were very energetic Several pool parties some of the singers louder than others

Good Location for water-sports and trip pick-ups.
