Perfect location 👌

We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea.

I found the hotel very dated and not well maintained. The gym was not what it seemed in the photos which was disappointing. There wasn’t any weights on the rack and wasn’t even a bin for dirty clothes or sanitary wipes for the equipment. I made a few attempts to use the pool but it was always crowded and is way too small for the amount of people in the hotel. The night entertainment, bar staff and hotel staff were great. The bed was comfortable but the room did smell bad when I first got in but I got used to it. Hotel staff will say I should have asked for another room but I was too exhausted and tired of moving so I stayed.

Ignore the pictures on the website. Completely misleading. They put pictures of incorrect rooms you think you are getting. Then when you arrive and try to get some help, you spend 2 hours trying to sort it and their receptionist said when we brought it to their attention “it’s not their problem”. Rude and obnoxious. We went for our anniversary and it was ruined due to the attitude they had. They did change our room after spending hours trying to sort, but again, it was nothing like it was made out to be. We go to Cala Bona all the time and this was the worst by far. Keep on looking as their are far better hotels with far nicer staff

Cold food restaurant felt like a school canteen long wait for food balcony doors broken key cards faulty everday had to get new ones not a four staff i would say its a 2 star all staff miserable and didnt want to help stay away from this hotel

The room was nice and clean , i had the sea view room and big terrace , it was really nice .

Staff were lovely,food good although a bit repetitive Pool was i felt small for the amount of people using it. And entertainment finished at 11pm which i and others felt was too early,12 would have been better It went dead once entertainment finished.

Hotel is quite old. The wall paper was peeling off and the blue pillows were questionable . Pool was not what we expected and breakfast was average.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The hotel bathrooms needs updating and aircon wasn’t very good. The view from our balcony overlooking the harbour was stunning.

I don't like the fact that all the entertainment was in English . We come to Spain to enjoy Spanish culture ! Sorry but it was very disappointing ! All you care about is British clients ? ...this should change !

The view to the marina from SOME of the rooms is the ONLY positive about this hotel.

The pool suite was gorgeous! The staff was extremely helpful and we received a very warm welcome from Jordy, who was wonderful. We only wish we had researched the area better as it appears to cater to an older crowd. We are a couple in our 30s and by no means looking for a party scene. But this hotel and surrounding area was not what we had imagined. Our only possible issue with the hotel was that the pool in our suite was not ready when we arrived so we spent the day out.... when we had originally planned to spend the day in that private pool. The next day was cloudy and cold so the pool was not an option for us to consider. In the end, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, which was the key selling point for us booking this room. Jordy had recommended Mesquida beach and visiting the Drach caves - both excellent recommendations. Thank you Jordy! The buffet style restaurant offers a good number of options. Overall, this is a very clean and well run hotel in a sleepier part of Mallorca.

My wife and i stayed for a week. Initially booked a mountain view and the hotel gave us a free upgrade of the marina/sea view. Lovely view!! Big rooms with comfy beds and pillows. There were free coffee inside the room. The pool has a nice size. water was a bit cold tho.. We didn’t have a hard time finding a pool bed, even though people were reserving the beds. ( like in all hotels) The hotel obviously cannot control this, but it was nice that it was actually written on the door that saving bed is prohibited. The Entertainments were good as well. The food was so-so. Could be better- obviously focusing more to their English guests as the food were typically English.

when we arrived there was no electricity and no food given to us upon request however some staff who was “Dani” had provided us with some sandwich.. I had complained and never got me another room aa things were not working fine.. Other staff dining staffs and bar boy was excellent and a great support!!!! others were also later on good

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. We paid extra for a terrace balcony and pool view, instead we got a view of a dirty roof and could not see the pool even in the distance. Also our WIFI did not work at all in our room, we tried on 3 different devices. Because of this we incurred a large data bill from my mobile provider. I complained to the hotel about the wifi and the view but they said there was no room available. I then emailed later asking for at least reimbursement for this extra data charge and I received a very rude email response staying that their wifi is perfect, despite my providing images and screenshots proving the issue. The bathroom look clean and new on the website images but the marble has yellow stains on it and the bath had marks and looked as though has not been thoroughly cleaned. I'm overally very disappointed with our room, the wifi and the customer serivce. I waited a week and a half for the team to email me back after chasing up twice, only to receive a rude email response. I woud highly recommend to stay somewhere else in Cala Bona and NOT this hotel.

We had an issue with the air conditioning unit making a noise all night, so upon request Roman on reception was exceptionally helpful and moved us into another room very promptly.
