Minha estadia foi apenas de um dia. Tentei o cancelamento da segunda diária mas não foi autorizado pelo hotel. Perdemos integralmente o valor de uma diária. Porém sobre o dia que estivemos no hotel fomos muito bem recebidos, o hotel é muito limpo e o café da manhã nos surpreendeu com tudo quentinho, excelente atendimento e muitas opções de alimentação inclusive tomando o cuidado com restrições de alergias que apontei na reserva. O Hotel também conta com estacionamento e manobrista que facilita muito as entradas e saídas dos hóspedes. O quarto que escolhemos era bem espaçoso e muito agradável com roupas de cama e banho muito limpinhas e cheirosas. Foi uma pena não termos a opção de reembolso mas com certeza indicamos a hospedagem.

It was just one night stay, great spacious room, very nice breakfast. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned, but overall very good hotel.

Great location and comfortable room

Atendimento muito receptivo, boa localização, existe estacionamento em frente a unidade e também existe um acordo com o shopping ao lado para estacionar grátis durante a estadia. Nos quartos encontramos pelos na cama e travesseiros e a cama tinha um colchão já na hora de ser trocado(afundando), mas de resto tudo ok. No geral é uma boa opção.

One night stopover to drop off family from a trip to the mountains. Front desk staff was fantastic for everything ... information, reservations, even an unexpected upgrade to a nice size suite.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to main roads and just next to a shopping mall. Staff was very polite! The room was clean, but outdated and it had a very small tv.

A equipe foi muito prestativa, o prédio é novo e seguro (você só pode andar no elevador, utilizando seu cartão chave), o quarto é limpo e confortável. A localização é boa para viajantes a trabalho, fácil de chagar, próximo da principal rodovia que conecta o viajante a qualquer lugar do estado, mas o aeroporto é longe. Se você deseja descansar com rápido acesso às praias, você precisa procurar outro lugar :-) Deste hotel é um longo caminho até a praia mais próxima. [My stay at this hotel was short but pleasant, the staff was very helpful, the building is new and secure (you can use the elevator only with your card key), the room clean and confortable. The location is good for business traveler, easy to find, close to the main highway that connect you everywhere, but the airport is distant. If you hope have some rest with quick acess to the beach, you need to search another place to stay :-) From there, is a long way to the nearest beach.]

Hotel is new and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with several options to have. It is attached to a shopping mall. The mall with its stores and grocery store as well can be very convenient. The mall has some food options, but they are only ok, not great, but at least you are not stuck with the restaurant in the hotel. Beside restaurants in the mall and hotel I did not see anything else outside. It is a fairly new neighborhood, or at least started to develop only recently. So the location is only good because of proximity to highway BR101. If there traffic, just getting to Florianopolis city centre can be a huge hassle. So if you are in the area to go the beach, better to pick a hotel elsewhere. Overall it is good and recommend it.
