Since the single rooms were fully booked, I used the Premier room. The parking was a little inconvenient, but the receptionist explained everything carefully. However, when I went to the unit bathroom to wash my hands, I found that the bath mat was already laid out on the carpet where people walk with their shoes on. I thought the mat was normally placed over the bathtub, so why would they lay something used after showering outside...? There were clearly other people's hairs scattered around the unused plumbing. There was black mold on the door that came off easily when wet. I was disappointed, but I thought I could put up with it for a while, but when I got in the shower and glanced at the shower curtain from the inside, I saw several places where other people's belongings (not hair) were attached. The front desk is open until 11pm. I was so disgusted that I couldn't stand it anymore, so I cleaned the bathtub myself and took a quick bath. The next morning I showed the photos to the front desk and explained the situation. They apologized and gave me something to be grateful for, but I wasn't satisfied and returned it. The fact that the hotel is old and worn is completely different from the discomfort caused by the lack of hygiene due to insufficient checking. I paid money, so I expected a minimum standard of living environment. It's a shame, especially since the staff were so polite and helpful.
