Sinceramente, creo que deberían mejorar urgentemente el servicio de limpieza. El primer día la señora ni siquiera limpió la habitación, a pesar de que lo solicité dos veces: una vez en recepción y otra directamente a ella. El segundo día la limpieza fue razonablemente buena, pero el tercer día volvió la misma señora del primer día y apenas hizo la cama. Incluso dejó una toalla tirada en el suelo. Considero que el servicio de limpieza es muy deficiente. Por lo demás, el hotel está bien.

Très belle hôtel, bien situé malgré la distance pour aller dans le centre historique. Beaucoup de déplacements peuvent se faire à pied. La personnel est chaleureux et bien attentionné. Le déjeuner en buffet est impressionnant

A really great stay spoiled by the fact they invented random minibar purchases. Removed without question which suggests this dishonesty is not uncommon

Room was good for price, reception staff good. They need a couple more English speaking people in the restaurant.

I am told that this is the best hotel in Belem. It is pretty basic but fine for a short stay. The room was dated but comfortable. I ate breakfast which was very good. The bar area is okay but not anything special. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room maintenence very poor in all areas AC, Floors, Courtains, Safe, Shower, Furniture totally deteriorated.

The included breakfast has enough options. Staff is very helpful. They are renovating the hotel but we did not notice any noise whatsoever. Being a 4+ star hotel the room is spacey but the looks are not that of a 4*. OveralSome restaurants and places to visit are walkable but everyone Uber I talked to said you better take a cab due to safety especially at night. really satisfied would book again, I got a really good price via Expedia.

Great stay, comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional. The food at the hotel was better than I expected, so I ended up having dinner both nights. The location is great, a nice walk to some local attractions, like the Theatro da Paz, Estação das Docas, etc
