So much nicer than I expected for the bargain price - really really happy with my stay?

Friendly owner who apologised for this but the WiFi was really not working so I had to hotspot using my phone Also a lot of very noisy seagulls very early every morning! I realise the hotel cannot be faulted for that! Otherwise it was a great place to stay for the price!

Everything was within walking distance shops beach railway station etc which was ideal as i left the car home, will definitely be coming back next year

I really enjoyed my stay! The property was great, although with the beach right around the corner I did not spend much time in the room. I would definitely stay again, it was very safe and quiet (which is an absolute must for a solo traveller). Thank you for having me

This is my second visit to Gleneagles, the staff are friendly and give a warm welcome. With the beach a stones throw away, the comfort and cleanliness I am sure to return in the future.

Very good nice hot showers. Spacious room tea making . And when we went out room was cleaned and tea and coffee replenished

I am looking to find somewhere to rent in Weymouth and this was a perfect base and really good value for money. Very neat and tidy single room could not have asked for anything more.

Greeted nicely,let into my room a couple hrs early,jackie helped me upstairs with my luggage,lovely comfortable bed ensuite.Neil was fab checked everyday if I needed anything. Helped me with luggage upon leaving.will stay again.

A fantastic two night stay - amazing value for money with parking! A lovely, clean and comfortable room and the host was friendly and welcoming. I will be staying here again!

I had a great time. Neil and Jacqueline were friendly. Great location. Walking distance to town, to the beach and to the train station. I had everything I needed in the room. Very clean.

Very friendly owners, carried my case up to the room. Comfy bed in a quiet area, very good for relaxing and sleeping. Walkable distance to the seafront.

Very good location, a few minutes' walk from the seafront and 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Very clean throughout. Could have done with a chair, instead of the stool, for reading, watching tv, etc.

It was a lovely room the owner was nice and friendly the only thing i didnt like were the stairs i have bad legs so it was hard to get up and down them

As a Solo traveller, this was spot on! Only needed a single bed, somewhere to crash for a couple of nights! Was spot on! Neil was welcoming and friendly, took care of my parking, helped me to his room and showed me all the facilities. TV, Wifi, shaving mirror, shower, comfy bed and duvet, tea/coffee, hairdryer, kettle... the lot! Access was easy with keys and codes, and 30metres walk to the beach and the main strip! Hope to stay again, next time when there's some sun! Thank you Neil!

Good value and close to the beach n tourist zone. Numerous pubs n restaurants in the area. A guest house with more amenities and restaurant would charge more. Not the Ritz but clean and comfy

Will definitely go back! Neil was so kind. Didn’t realise the room would be cleaned while we was staying so came back to a lovely tidy room one day after leaving it a bomb site. See you again soon

Friendly hosts who went over and above to make my stay as good as it could be. Comfortable and quiet with everything needed provided. 10/10 location just minutes from Esplanade and amenities.
